La qualité n'était vraiment pas au rendez-vous :
viandes avec un goût & une apparence douteux malgré les épices,
plats fades,
riz sans saveur.
Une personne de notre groupe a même eu des problèmes digestifs après le repas, ce qui soulève des inquiétudes sur la fraîcheur des produits.

Le service a été un autre point très négatif.
La serveuse a eu une attitude que nous avons trouvée insolente & irrespectueuse, surtout lorsqu'elle a réalisé que le pourboire laissé ne correspondait pas à ce qu'elle attendait.
Se faire parler de cette façon devant d'autres clients nous a clairement mis mal à l'aise. Nous rappelant qu'elle est étudiante pendant que nous aussi sommes salariés & gagnons durement nôtre vie...On se demande si la couleur de la peau a joué en notre défaveur!!!
La plaque n'a pas été changer comme dans les autres BBQ coréens. On sentait la fumée après.

Excellente nourriture & service. Le forfait AYCE buffet à volonté en vaut vraiment la peine.
Les cocktails XL sont trop gros pour une personne, trop sucré & pas le goût de l'alcool. Je recommande de partager 1 pour 2.
C'est normal mais attendez-vous à sentir fort le BBQ en sortant du restaurant.
J'ai adoré mon expérience dans ce restaurant BBQ coréen ! La nourriture était absolument délicieuse, les viandes bien marinées & de très bonne qualité, accompagnées de savoureux plats d'accompagnement. L'ambiance est conviviale & chaleureuse, parfaite pour partager un repas entre amis ou en famille. Le service était attentionné & efficace, ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus agréable. Love going to Korean BBQs & Mon Ami I'd always a solid option. Good variety of products, not the best, but always fresh, especially the raw food to cook yourself, always rhe best part of every meal, highly recommend the spicy chicken.
Good service, both waitresses (one of them was named Dominique) were super nice & helpful. Food was okay, not super authentic for example the tteokbokki was super soupy. Some meat was not seasoned (shrimp, pork belly) which was a little disappointing. It would have been nice to have some salt & sesame oil on the side for that like they do in most Korean bbq places. Other meat like bulgogi, spicy chicken (not authentic but good), the fried chicken were pretty good!
Also the right side of the restaurant seating does not have ventilation (fume hoods) which made it really hard to breathe at times. & now our clothes will smell like bbq for the rest of the day. This should be fixed.
Overall not the best but the service was really good which makes up for it a bit. I am also a bit biased having grown up with many great Korean restaurants in Toronto so this restaurant may be good for an introductory experience to k-bbq.
It was the second time we'd been back. The first time on a weekday & the second on a Saturday. The first experience left something to be desired 1 waitress for several tables it was long so we didn't understand why just 1 person to manage everything . But now the service has really improved, with several staff, very warm, respectful & fast customer service, & above all the gray, which they can now change even without you asking. & for those who ordered chicken & paid a separate price & could not finish the chicken wings now they are at will included in the BBQ so no extra to pay. Thanks for the real improvement & the addition of spicy chicken to the bbq too.

I went here with my best friend & honestly, I am glad I did. Waiters were super friendly & sweet, the staff was efficient in keeping all customers satisfied, & the food was delicious. We have been to many bbq places, but find that this one has the most options for marinated meats (others have unmarinated meats) as well as delicious sides. Mon Ami KBBQ has the perfect balance of meats & sides, as well as this location specifically has amazing staff. I would definitely recommend coming here
Overall it was great!! The marination of the beef is on point, we didn't get bored of the beef because of that. The fried chicken is great & all the little side they don't disappoint at all. The Soju was good but for the price we expected a way better quality. The Lychee was better than the pineapple but they tasted so chemical. The service was fast, Even though its a bbq it was really hot as if the ventilation is not strong enough.

Looooved it so much! We had the Bulgogi BBQ for 2 with cheese on top, really recommend. Very nice ambiance, clean, cozy lighting. The service was also very nice, Dominique was very kind to us!! Thank you :)
Super bon Bbq Coréen. La semaine c'est relax. Super music K-pop. La fin de semaine, beaucoup de monde, alors c'est préférable de réserver, & de prendre le dernier service, si possible.
