Ive been to this Mon Ami many times & the service is always great, the manager/waiter is wonderful & the all you can eat options are plentiful & good quality.
Honestly a fantastic experience & the waiter we had (I believe he was the manager) was amazing & extremely kind. Highly recommend this place as both the food & the staff were just top tie
Food is good but the service is not. You only have 2 hours time limit to eat & the first order takes half an hour or more depending on how busy they are. It wasn't busy when we came & it took us more than half an hour to get our first order. What a disappointment. I've eaten at this location alteast 4 times & it's the same type of service everytime. I think they are understaffed. I hope the other branches are not like this one. Food is good though but it doesn't justify the service.

Resto très sympa ! C'est très bon, la déco est belle & agréable & les serveurs sont extrêmement gentils.
Super expérience en famille, si vous cherchez à manger Coréen, ne cherchez plus.
Came in on at Tuesday night with friends, food was good. The server was super friendly. Fried chicken was immaculate. Finger licking good almost. The meat quality was to die for. Would definitely come again. 10/10
I enjoyed my experience a lot, it was my first time dining here & not only was the orders fast but also delicious, my favourite was the bulgogi rib, to be honest i give this place a good 9.5/10!!

I wish I could put 0 star. They don't even have any sauce for french fries. All the food was very salty. They said the chicken will not be spicy, but it turned out to be so spicy that my kids cannot even eat it. They don't come to refill water during our entire time there. The food service was very slow, no wonder because they only have 2 waitresses for the entire dining room. We will never return. It's quite sad to see Mon Ami such a strong & reputable banner has such a bad quality at this location.
I recently tried this Korean restaurant & honestly, it was a really solid experience overall.
The food was definitely the highlight. The flavors were authentic, well-balanced, & you can tell they put effort into quality ingredients. The kimchi had that perfect tang-fermented just right-& the bulgogi was tender, juicy, & packed with flavor. Portions were generous, & everything came out fresh & hot.
Service was decent-staff were polite & attentive, though it got a bit slow during peak hours. Nothing too frustrating, just something to expect if it's busy.
The atmosphere was cozy & casual, great for both small groups & relaxed dining. Not super fancy, but clean & comfortable, which fits the vibe.
Pricing felt fair for the portion size & quality. Not the cheapest, but you're getting what you pay for.
Overall, I'd definitely come back. If you're craving authentic Korean food with good portions & solid flavor, this place is worth trying.
