Our food was good. Salad was just lettuce & shredded carrot, was not offered a dressing. Our waitress, when asked of the onion rings were thin or thick cut, had no idea what I was asking. My husband had a burger & it was good, but more bun than meat. I just had curly fries, which were very good.

The menu is extensive with something for everyone, but let's be honest-you're here for the burger. Their signature Steerburger has earned its reputation as'the best burger in the world,' & it really lives up to the hype: juicy, flavorful, & perfectly cooked every time.
Prices are super reasonable for the quality & portions. & don't skip the famous Suzie Q fries-they're crispy, curly, & the perfect sidekick to any meal.

back when I wanted a burger, it would be a mr steer burger . The recipe was unique & a must have if you're visiting Montreal. The suzy q fries were also a fun treat :) I went back recently & wasn't as impressed by the burger but it was good. Maybe the recipe changed because it had less flavour than I remember. Also the fries used to be more curly & these were oily. I'm a vegan most of the time now so meat is less appealing. I don't see myself coming back. It wasn't worth the exception

Atmosphere & service were great. The food was average unfortunately. Small burger patties, bacon wasn't crispy, & meal was expensive. Signature curly fries were limp. There are many burger places that are far superior.

This Place is a place you need to visit if you love burgers, curly fries, & diner style. the food was awesome, the staff was ultra friendly, the burger was TO DIE FOR.. absolutely loved it! You need to try this place at least once in your life, give it a shot, trust me you wont regret it!

Mister Steer underwent renovations to modernize & enlarge the venue. As a young boy, my mother & I would eat here. I remember yummy burgers & Suzie Q french fries, strawberry milkshakes. Luckily, the menu hasn't strayed from its classic offerings.
I ate here with my sons, aged 5 & 6. We each had cheeseburgers & curly fries, & strawberry milkshakes for dessert.
Service was what one might expect. Pricey, but the food is worth it.
