The food at Mille Pattes was truly flavorful, & the staff were absolutely amazing ❤?despite being clearly under a lot of pressure, they remained kind, smiling, & had a great attitude throughout our visit.
That said, the reservation system seems to make things a bit difficult for them. Even though we had a reservation & arrived right on time, we still had to wait for our table. The staff were rushing around trying to get people to pay & clear tables quickly, & we weren't the only ones waiting. Others seemed a bit upset too. The entrance area is very small & also right next to where the kitchen is & staff comes out with the dishes, so it felt a bit chaotic & cramped while waiting.
Despite that, once seated, the food & service made up for it. Everything was tasty & well-prepared. I really hope they improve the flow & spacing of reservations, because the staff definitely deserve better support!Voir plus
