Service was extremelyyyy slow. We arrived at 7pm on Friday as per our reservation, got our orders in at 8pm because the waitor didnt come see us beforehand. Food finally arrived by 9:40pm. We didn't order anything crazy for it to take so long & the restaurant was barely busy. We were a group of 9 & we had reserved a private room on the second floor. It was barely lit up, too warm, button to call service did not work (waitor said its been like that for a while) so there was no way to let the waitor know we were ready to order or needed water refill. Funny thing is when we told the waitor we wanted to pay, it took his colleague less than 2 mins to come. That tells you about their priority. Unfortunately, i wont be going back & it's a shame because the food is actually good. Service needs LOTS & i mean LOTS of improvement.Voir plus
Nice experience, went for my two sons birthday. Sushi were just outstanding. Service by Charlie was amazing. Knew his menu, was able to suggest some specialitys. Just an overall amazing experience. Pricy but worthed every penny. Thank you . JennaVoir plus

We have been coming to Mikasa for over 10 years. Located at Centropolis in Laval with superb views of the circle with fountains it is located right in the middle of all the "action" & beauty of the area. It is a spectacular spot to be sitting outside & enjoying a nice warm evening. We ordered multiple sushi rolls, the ones I highly recommend are Le Rouge (with lobster), Saumon Fondant & Anaconda - All from the specialty menu. & for the main course the Black Cod - super delicious. A pitcher of blue Sangria was very refreshing. We were served by Billy who made sure that everything was perfect! Just an overall beautiful night.Voir plus
