Cocktails looked delightful but we do not drink alcohol, although were tempted. It was a perfect place for date night, low light atmosphere. Very pleasant. Service was good, staff all seemed to work together wonderfully making it an inviting space. Food was nice , sushi was good. Portions were reasonable & tasteful. Enjoyed my experience.

I really didn't know what to expect. Japanese cuisine can be really hit & miss depending on where you go, & always pricey. Mikado was more than just a dinner out at a restaurant. For me, it was a fulfilling culinary experience. The menu was expertly written & had a lot of variety. Our server was able to discern our tastes & made thoughtful recommendations for us. Wine & drinks paired with courses that were both dazzling to the eye & mouth. We ate so much, & even though I was full, I kept wanting to order more! We finished the night off with our party ordering each of the desserts on the menu & sharing. We paired it with some tantalizing dessert sake, oooh lala! Seriously, epic experience! They hit everything out of the park for me. Food, service, & atmosphere are top-notch at Mikado!

Nous avons vécu une expérience gastronomique incroyable au Mikado ! Dès notre entrée, le service a été impeccable. Le personnel était attentif, amical & connaissait bien le menu. La nourriture était absolument remarquable. Chaque plat était magnifiquement présenté & débordait de saveurs. Les boissons étaient tout aussi impressionnantes, avec une grande sélection de cocktails & de vins qui complétaient parfaitement notre repas. Nous avons suivi les recommandations du propriétaire, Tin, & nous n'avons pas été déçus ! L'atmosphère est chaleureuse & accueillante, ce qui en fait l'endroit idéal pour un repas décontracté ou une occasion spéciale. J'ai hâte d'y retourner pour découvrir d'autres plats de la carte. Each dish was beautifully presented & bursting with flavor. The drinks were equally impressive, with a great selection of cocktails & wines that perfectly complemented our meal. We followed the recommendation of the owner Tin & were not disappointed! The atmosphere was warm & inviting, making it the perfect place for both a casual meal & a special occasion. I can't wait to return & explore more of the menu. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience!

Returned after the renovations. Ambience was spectacular, food & drinks were delicious. Owners & staff are kind & attentive. I would highly recommend this restaurant for dinner or drinks.

Terrible service.
Had reserved one of the private rooms for a large party & we were completely ignored the first hour we were there. Instead of getting special service while they were not busy, we were forgotten. Several members of the group went to ask for service, & all we ever got were grunts by staff passing by.
After waiting over an hour, the very inexperienced waitress could barely get us menus & our drinks orders.
Food was served about 2.5 hours after we were first seated.
Very unfortunate as the food there is actually very good, but will not be back due to the poor service.
