Terrible service. Had reserved one of the private rooms for a large party and we were completely ignored the first hour we were there. Instead of getting special service while they were not busy, we were forgotten. Several members of the group went to ask for service, and all we ever got were grunts by staff passing by. After waiting over an hour, the very inexperienced waitress could barely get us menus and our drinks orders. Food was served about 2.5 hours after we were first seated. Very unfortunate as the food there is actually very good, but will not be back due to the poor service.
