I experienced the best service I've ever had there yesterday night! Went two have a bite with a work buddy, & just coming in the atmosphere was super cozy & comfortable, I was served by a fine gentleman indeed called Pablo that gave me the most awesome service ever! He was attentive to our every need, was going out of is way to be convenient for us, had us pay the bill in advance, offered us drinks on him, made sure our water were always full. He was just super chill, I don't usually do this, but I just had to shout out this guy that just went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied & well served. Continue comme ça mon homme!
Very cute resto! First time in the old port location. We came for the 1$ 5a7 oysters they were very good. We orders drinks & only complaint is the dirty martini was shaken which is not a classic martini, which left it a bit watery. Otherwise very good & nice atmosphere.

Stopped in for drinks to escape the rain & were blown away by the atmosphere, cocktails, & service. Pablo was fantastic-attentive, friendly, & made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this spot! We'll definitely be back next time we're in Old Montreal.

Delicious drinks by Pablo! All I had to do was ask him to make his specialty & it is now my Montreal staple - highly recommend. Food was wonderful & atmosphere was a vibe ✨
Popped in for some buck a shuck oysters, grilled shrimp & some drinks. Food was amazing & very reasonably priced. Atmosphere is super welcoming but the thing that stood out the most was the service. Montreal restaurants aren't really known for great service but this place is an anomaly. If you want great food & genuine GREAT service Mignon is the place!
Table ordered 2 steaks medium rare. The steaks were not the same sized & the smaller one was medium-well. The steak was covered in sauce so it took a few bites to realize it was overcooked. Brought it up to waitress, told us we would be charged extra because some of it was eaten (literally 2 pieces)...
We were served water & drinks at the beginning. Waitress never game back to fill our glasses up or to offer more drinks. Glasses were filled back up when she brought the bill.
Just an overall weird & negligent experience. I have friends who came here & had a great time, which is why we chose this place for our anniversary. I don't know if this was a one-off negative experience but I don't think I'll be coming back to find out, there are many steakhouses in old port that are better suited.
Pros : Burrata was amazing.

We came in off the street for some apps & drinks before heading elsewhere for dinner, so we didn't get a chance to try their steak (which is their signature) so please keep that in mind with this review.
Our review: The cocktails were good, the oysters were fresh, & it is a very cute place, with nice interiors & a cozy vibe. Why only three stars? The service wasn't great. It wasn't busy or anything but our server seemed to forget about us. We would go back though to try the steak because the other reviews seem to say good things!
it was okay & that's all. food was ok service was meh, the boeuf tartare clearly not very fresh since they put so much toppings, plus you HAVE to grab a drink for each 12 1$ oysters you have. i don't like having sugar & mostly only drink water. even tho we grabbed food, had to order drinks to have the oysters. if you know anything about food & restauration, you know this is a tourist scam mid restaurant. wouldn't pay to eat here again. fries were delicious tho, tasted just like mcdonald's lol
This place is really nice & has a fun atmosphere & the drinks are delicious but there's nothing special to justify the price. The food was extremely underwhelming for what it costs, quite disappointed

I stopped in for a drink or two, & wow. Mignon makes some of the best martinis I've ever had. We sat at the bar, & the bartenders were so friendly, yet professional. Montréal is one of my all-time favorite cities to visit, & Mignon is a perfect example of why that is. Next time I'm in town, I'm stopping by for the full restaurant experience (plus another amazing martini).
The staff here is super friendly, drinks are creative & so tasty. The food & is incredible. Don't skip the signature sauce, it's to die for. On the top of my recommendations for Montreal!
Arriving without reservations, were offered a choice of table with time or the bar without time constraint. Took the seats at the bar, was entertained watching the drinks mix performance. Food was simply & delicious. Enjoyed the entire experience.
The food, the staff, the ambiance... it's perfect for dinner with friends or catching up over drinks! Steak frites was delicious. Big thanks to Amelia, Mehdi, Dany & Josephine!
