Globalement, les clients notent que Mignon Steak offre une ambiance chaleureuse et animée, des steaks frites savoureux, des frites réussies et un bon choix de boissons, et le service attentif et sympathique est souvent salué. Le bar et les huîtres sont fréquemment cités comme un excellent départ pour la soirée, et les options de menu en formule sont appréciées pour leur bon rapport qualité prix et leurs portions. Certains soirs, le service peut être plus lent et le timing des plats inégal, et quelques steaks arrivent trop cuits, mal assaisonnés ou pas comme demandé, avec parfois une salle froide ou un confort de table mentionné. Néanmoins, la combinaison d une bonne viande, d une ambiance et d un personnel accueillant pousse beaucoup à revenir pour un autre repas ou une occasion spéciale.
WOW what an amazing experience!!! Omar, the GM gave us genuinely the best service my boyfriend & I have ever had. Chef Charles gave us a fantastic medium rare steak with a perfect velvety sauce. Shout out to Olivia, Youran, & Eric for such a lovely time all around.
Had bachelor dinner here with service from Omar & Aurelia. They went above & beyond. Food was great, atmosphere was awesome. They handled the large group with class. Thanks for a great experience.

Located in Old Port, Mignon Steak offers amazing food, desserts & delicious drinks with a great dim light ambiance. Their steak frites & beef tartare are a must. The beef tartare is the best in town

Dropped in with my girlfriend to have oysters & a drink. Ordered the beef tartare & was delicious. Bartender Eric was really great & welcoming. We will definitely be back to try the steaks!
I got a raw steak (even tho I asked Medium well, the thicker part of it was unevenly cooked) & ended it up spending most my time in the bathroom. The atmosphere is nice, but because the lights are dim, I didnt realise the other half of the steak was raw immediatly.
Very bad service from I guess the manager asian guy. He greated us at the door with such bad attitude. The food was nice but this guy was chilling the whole night taking shots & stuff while his staff was running around . They where super nice great food but this guy that's supposed to be the face of the company is not leaving a good impression at all
Avoid! Service is slow & unprofessional - our server forgot half of our order, tried to pour the wine with cork ON, food was slow to arrive. & the dishes are NOT really following french cuisine. No accountability from the head waiter when we showed our dissatisfaction.
Sam thing happened to the table next to us.
With so many amazing eats in old Montreal, just skip this one completely.
What a pity.

Unfortunately excellent atmosphere that doesn't match service & good quality. The steak we ordered came back well done despite ordering it medium. We were not extended a courtesy of being given a discount they charged us for even the house salad & didn't even apologize. Sadly I don't recommend
My besties & I were craving a steak & this location was close to where we were staying & had great reviews . They did not disappoint we had the steak & fries & it was perfect. We still talk about it we will definitely return .
Mignon is a must for the mussels. They were perfect! No grit, all shells open & frites worth dipping at the end!
The meal is outstanding but you must hope that Omar crosses your path during your dining. He's absolutely a pleasure.
Save time to stop in the speak easy lounge for the full Negroni menu at the end!!
What an experience!! First time visiting Old Montreal. Mignon is not to be missed. If you are lucky, Omar will guide you thru an amazing dining experience while treating us like family.
The burger was beyond my expectations combined with the best french fries.
