Bonjour, quand vos papilles sont stimulées de la sorte, il est difficile de garder le secret! Par une porte mystérieux à la poignée de tentacule de poulpe, au fond du Calypso, une salle se dévoile plus grande à l'intérieure qu'à l'extérieure. L'ambiance est chaleureuse & nous sommes transportés vers une autre dimension. Accueilli par le chef Kolia, le mixologiste Simon ou leur compagnon Damien, ils ont qu'un objectif, vous faire vivre leur passion. La présentation des plats est soignée, créative & savoureuse. Les cocktails & l'accord mets/vin est réussi. La découverte de chaque plat est impressionnante.
Bref, une explosion de saveur en tout temps.

Chef Kolya & his team have created a joyful dining experience at Mezcla. I was lucky to get to chat with them quite a bit & it is clear they care deeply about what they are cooking. I learned about Peruvian food, Quebec ingredients, the restaurant, & more. My highlights were the duck, the mousse dessert, & an excellent cocktail. Get there before word spreads & they are overbooked!
