Expérience culinaire incroyable ! C'était réellement unique. Service attentionné, ambiance familiale, & un soucie du détail impressionnant. L'endroit est chaleureux & très agréable. Le concept d'un resto « speak easy » métrite d'être souligné. L'attention du maître d'hôtel Simon jumelé à la magie culinaire du chef Kolya Olivier rend cet endroit incontournable. Nous sommes allé dans ce petit restaurant super intime avec mon conjoint hier & nous avons vraiment été impressionné par la qualité & le menu raffiné ainsi que les accords de vin proposé. Nous aimons aller dans des restaurants haut de gamme pour des menus dégustation avec accord mets-vins, nous n'en sommes pas à nos premières expériences. Ce restaurant vaut le détour pour tout ce qu'il est & ce qu'il offre. Profitez-en pendant qu'il en est à ses tout début, car bientôt ce sera très difficile de pouvoir y réserver une place!

Chef Kolya & his team have created a joyful dining experience at Mezcla. I was lucky to get to chat with them quite a bit & it is clear they care deeply about what they are cooking. I learned about Peruvian food, Quebec ingredients, the restaurant, & more. My highlights were the duck, the mousse dessert, & an excellent cocktail. Get there before word spreads & they are overbooked!
We had a privilege tonight to dine at Mezcla. It was an unforgettable culinary experience! We had a tasting menu & every course was impeccable! The chef is a true artist, who was able to flawlessly combine different flavours & textures. Each dish was served in a unique way, explained to us by the chef & kept us excited through out the entire evening!
My friend decided to choose the wine pairing selection; the sommelier was very knowledgeable & she loved the history behind each selected wine.
The service was very attentive but didn't interrupt our conversation.
10 out of 10 experience for any special occasion or a romantic evening! Will definitely return & share my experience with friends & family!

I took a gamble on a blind tasting menu at a brand-new restaurant with very few reviews, booking it for a girls' night out to celebrate a birthday-& it paid off beautifully.
The food was the first revelation. Every course was exceptional, layered with bold, thoughtful flavours that completely won us over. Each dish felt intentional & confident, showcasing both creativity & restraint.
The service deserves equal praise. The staff struck that rare balance of being warm, knowledgeable, & attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Each dish was explained with care & enthusiasm, & the pacing of the evening felt effortless-attentive, but never rushed. There was a quiet elegance to how well we were looked after.
Then there's the space itself: small, intimate, & inviting without tipping into stuffy or predictable. It's the kind of room that makes you want to linger. The drinks were well crafted & refreshingly well priced, which only added to the overall sense that this restaurant knows exactly what it's doing.
Right now, it still feels like a hidden gem-but once word gets out, securing a table here is going to be a challenge. If you can, go sooner rather than later.
J'ai eu la chance de vivre l'expérience mezcla & je peux vous dire que je n'étais pas déçu. Ce qui m'a charmé encore plus de ce petit trésor caché c'est l'équipe derrière. Kolya un merci spécial pour toi & ton hospitalité qui a rendu mon expérience inoubliable. Je recommande à 100%.
