Had the poutine, amazing. Squeaky cheese is one of the things I miss most pre veganism. Theirs doesn't leave anything to be desired, it's so real!
Came back for the Mac n cheese & was truly wowed. After the mess of a dish I had at pizzeria zac, this really hit the spot. Can't recommend enough for a good vegan Mac!
Restaurant is a little cramped but it's worth it for the food. Would love to see a baked Mac & cheese option, even if it was just a quick 5 minute broil with some cheese sprinkled on top at the end

love this place, amazing vegan mac n cheese, love the buffalo mushroom wings, the large poutine portion was gigantic, feeds two people

Corn dog, Ceasar salad, Buffalo poutine, mac & cheese were so delicious. It was hard to find differenece against non-vege recipes. I don't believe they are from plant-based protein!

Interesting menu of comfort food with vegan ingredients.
I ordered the Tex Mex Poutine which incorporates bits of Impossible Meat, vegan cheese, a spicy gravy with the fries. It was not bad but unfortunately the cheese was completely cold. They probably added it too late so they didn't melt at all.
The staff was friendly & the service was pretty fast.
The overall experience was Ok & I'm sure the restaurant fills a demand among the vegan population but as a meat-eater who occasionally enjoys vegan food I would probably choose other places such as Chu Chai or Oplante.

Très bonne nourriture & atmosphère. J'ai testé un Burger, une poutine & un Mac & cheese. Tout était bon. Je recommande d'essayer le Mac & cheese.

The cheese on the vegan poutine was out of this world & loved the fresh homemade fries. The burger was juicy & tasty

La poutine végane est clairement la meilleure que j'ai mangé & les brunchs sont excellents! Je ne recommande pas le bénédictine par contre, mais le mac&cheese était très bon!

Loved the atmosphere & interior decor. The comfort classic menu is fantastic & really hits the spot. Best vegan poutine I've had! I loved the mac n cheese just wish it had a bit more seasoning. The mushroom buffalo wings on the mac was super yummy! The service was fast, friendly, & attentive. The portions were good & priced well. Would definitely come here again.

A fun & chill place to get some Americans type comfort food. Fried Oreos, right? It helps that it's all vegan. Although I'm not a fan of cheese curds, theirs was surprisingly good (if you like cheese curds) because they source it from a small place in Canada. The service was cool, my thanks to my server Teya.

Wish I could give 6 stars!!!! I really enjoyed everything about Maynard. The poutine had the best vegan cheese curds I have ever experienced. They were perfect. I've been craving pogos since going vegan & Maynard delivered. I wasn't sure about the burger bun but I really enjoy it. I will for sure visit next time I'm in town.

I wanted to treat some friends to a nice vegan meal, & I'm so glad I took them to Maynard's! As a vegetarian who eats a lot of cheese, I thought the vegan poutine was incredible. We also loved the wings & tofu sandwich, try it extra spicy if you're brave. 10/10.

Unbeatable vegan poutine. The fries & the gravy taste exactly like the standard poutine, & while the cheese curds are softer than normal, their taste & texture are absolutely spot on. The portion sizes are also very satisfying. I strongly recommend grabbing a poutine & either eating at the restaurant or in the nearby carré Saint-Louis.

The well-seasoned mac & cheese was delicious especially topped with the mushroom wings. The pogo tasted very similar to a meat based one. Friendly service. The Desperado was waaay too sour originally but it was fixed quickly when I pointed it out & then tasted more like a Mezcal margarita. My friend said his drink was watered down a bit & only tasted like regular iced tea, so maybe don't go for the cocktails. Cute decor. Good classic oldies music.

All vegan restaurant. The kitchen is visible, so could see that the owner was very efficient & skilled as he prepared the food. Very reasonably priced too! The vegan cheese was sold out for poutine, though the tofu burger & fries, & mac & cheese were delicious. Fun atmosphere with vegan cookbooks & plants in ketchup containers.

This place was great & accommodated our subs food allergies. We had the classic & buffalo poutines & a bowl of Mac & cheese. All were tasty.

I went with my friend after the eclipse, & even though the employees were kinda rushing, they were so nice to us & answered our questions, the food was amazing & pretty cheap for the quality/quantity, the wait really wasn't that long & it was the best vegan cheese i've ever tried. Loved it!
