It was a good experience at Masakali, staff is very polite & respectful. We ordered appetizers & main course, appetizers(Masala fried corn) were good & came in very good quantity it can serve more than 2 people. Ordered kadhai paneer if you are Indian & can tolerate spices go for spicy hot. Atmosphere was very pleasant & music going on in background but it was hot in there probably as it was cold out & we dressed up warm. Overall it was a good experience & before we left there was a mouthfreshner & Melody which always reminds me of restaurants in India.
I was disappointed & quite frustrated, as the plates served were improperly cleaned & still had food stains on them, as if they had been rinsed & given directly to a new customer. Even the second set of plates we received had small marks on them. This was not acceptable.
I ordered butter chicken & garlic naan. My stomach was doing somersaults after. I got heartburn & my stomach is hurting. It feels like this didn't get digested. With all that sauce, You cannot see what you are eating. Not very safe for your stomach.
