When we came to eat & placed our order with the server Raman, after some time we called her to ask about our order. She behaved very rudely with us & tried to ignore us. She even said,'Do you come here to eat or to look at me?' We came just to enjoy our time & have a meal, but here we only received disrespect. We have never seen such a bad server in any restaurant before. We will never come to this restaurant again...

If you've visited recently, there is a good chance you were served by Palak, & she is truly one of the highlights of the dining experience. Great food is important, but service can make or break a night out, & Palak consistently ensures the former.
This is disrespectful! We ordered our food for take out & someone in the kitchen decided that this was ok to send out?! Every single piece of bread was burned like this, like they did this on purpose or something. Maybe they took advantage of the fact that we would not see the items before opening at home & we could not send it back. Not gonna eat here again.
Excellent food & exceptional service! 🌟 The dishes were fresh, flavorful, & perfectly prepared 😋 & the staff were attentive & welcoming. Highly recommend in Montreal for desi food 🙌

Perfect example of Unchi dukan pheeka pakwaan. They need to learn the very basics dal makhni, paneer, how to grill the nans. Everything else was just ok. Service was bad probably due to weekend.
Also on the pricier side. Please ask the rates of drinks before ordering, i ordered a gin tonic & they charged 22$ for that.
Raman behavior was not acceptable. She spoke rudely at times, did not take the order properly, & seemed uninterested in serving. This made the experience very disappointing.'
One of the best Indian restaurants I have tried in Montreal. Everything was beyond words so delicious.We ordered butter naan & garlic naan which were so fresh & flaky best among the most places I have been to.Keep up the best work Chef.Thank you soo much for such a satisfying dinner.
La nourriture était vraiment très bonne, beaucoup de goût, bien épicée & les portions sont généreuses. Par contre, c'était un peu trop piquant à mon goût, j'aurais aimé pouvoir choisir le niveau d'épices. Mais sinon, même comme ça, c'était excellent 😋Je recommande !
It was my birthday dinner & it was the best part of the day. Had gr8 experience in masakali. Food & atmosphere was 10/10 taken me back to India. Quick service I enjoyed service by Diksha & Raman. Very polite, patient & knowledgeable.
