Terrible customer service. The staff were arrogant & unwelcoming. The food was nothing special, especially considering the price.
What disappointed us the most was the service. From the valet at the hotel entrance to our server, the entire experience was extremely poor. The valet/door attendant was especially disrespectful & made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. We felt judged & stereotyped, which completely ruined our evening.
Our second visit was by far the worst. We gave this place another chance, but the experience was even more disappointing than the first. I would not recommend this place.

Nous avions de grandes attentes pour ce restaurant, surtout qu'il est présenté comme un établissement gastronomique. Malheureusement, notre expérience a été très décevante.
Tout d'abord, il est impossible de réserver la terrasse, ce qui crée beaucoup de désorganisation à l'arrivée. De plus, l'espace ne donne pas vraiment l'impression d'être une véritable terrasse, ce qui est décevant.
Le service était moyen & manquait d'attention. Quant à la nourriture, elle ne justifie absolument pas le prix. Nous étions cinq personnes & chacun a dépensé au moins 100 $, mais les plats étaient tout au plus ordinaires. Les saveurs étaient peu marquantes & nous nous attendions à une qualité bien supérieure pour ce niveau de prix.
Pour un restaurant qui se positionne comme gastronomique, le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment décevant. C'est une expérience que je ne renouvellerai pas.

A tad on the pricey side. But when converted to USD its not that bad. desserts were great as are the drinks. Like the Decor & Ambiance.

Nous avons demandé du lait avec le café, mais le café a refroidi en attendant le lait. Nous avons alors demandé de changer de tasse, la tasse est partie &, cette fois-ci, nous n'avons même pas pu boire notre café. Les pancakes devaient être servis avec du sirop d'érable, il n'est jamais arrivé. Ils ont dit que l'omelette serait servie avec du pain, je pense que quelqu'un d'autre l'a mangé en chemin.

Bad experience. The staff were very pushy toward customers & seemed eager for us to eat quickly & leave. Unfortunately, this did not meet the level of customer service one would expect from a restaurant in Four Seasons hotel. Very surprising.

We booked the Chef's Counter experience & we were very impressed. From the attentive service from Luke & all the wait staff was perfect.
Every course was incredible with a beautiful presentation, detailed explanations, & friendly conversations with Chef Daniel. His team was organized, always smiling, & meticulous with every dish.
We highly recommend on a weeknight.
