They didn't give us a good table, the hostess gave us so much attitude in front of the guests who were shocked at the exchange, but rudeness aside, the truly disappointing part was that the food was served cold & the dessert warm.
It was really embarrassing because we bought important guests from Qatar & they were surprised this was supposedly one of the'best' restaurants the city had to offer.
Had a quick lunch here at the restaurant & it was delicious. The staff had excellent hospitality. I really loved the aesthetics of the restaurant & will definitely revisit when I'm back in Montreal

The service is thoughtful, & the environment of the restaurant is also very good. Although the price is a little high, it is fully worthy of such service.
C'est la fête de mères, le déjeuner était limité a toast avocado, crêpes au bluet & oeufs Benedict, oeufs brouillés, j'ai choisi less oeufs brouillés car je n'aime pas les oeufs, ils étaient ordinaires le bacon dur, pas croustillant, les crêpes étaient froides & réchauffes ça ne goûtait a une crêpe frais fait, un déjeuner très ordinaire, avec une note bonne fête de mères, a mon point de vue c'était un insulte, de me souhaiter bonne fête de mères avec un déjeuner aussi ordinaire & prépare l'avance, j'ai était choque avec ma fille de m'avoir amené a un endroit où le respect pour le client n'est pas primordial. Il n'avais pas de places pour le brunch, donc ma fille a accepté le déjeuner
. Rien à avoir avec le reine Elizabeth (dommage que soit fermé) Le Hery, ou le Ritz Carlton (Maison Boulud) ou le la gastronomie est important & le client aussi.
Décevant & sans âme.
J'avais de grandes attentes pour Marcus au Four Seasons, mais l'expérience a été franchement décevante. La déco donne un look'jet-set des années 2000', clinquant & dépassé, pour une clientèle plus attirée par le paraître que par le goût.
Malgré la gentillesse & la politesse du personnel, le service était totalement désorganisé. On avait réservé pour le brunch, mais ils ont mis un temps fou à retrouver notre table - entre-temps, la cuisine du brunch avait fermé. On a dû se rabattre sur le menu casse-croûte, peu consistant & pas du tout à la hauteur. En prime, on nous a changés de table trois fois pendant le repas.
Un endroit prétentieux, sans chaleur ni cohérence. Je ne recommande pas. Le seul point positif ? La musique, très bonne par contre.
At this cost the drinks gotta be good!
Didnt try the food but atmosphere was great there was a band & the singer's voice was lovely :) i had the passion fruit if recall correctly

Had the best breakfast 🍳 of my life! This is worth every penny! The pancake 🥞 with 🫐 blueberries are to die for. The eggs, potatoes.... So perfect! We were 6 & everyone was impressed. Chef Marcus for the win.
Markus gets points for ambiance & service… but that's it. The menu is completely uninspired. Nothing stands out. The food is incredibly overpriced, lacks flavour & originality, & it's profoundly'meh.' They have a huge open kitchen full of people - couldn't one come up with an interesting, delicious dish? For the same price, you can eat way better at Bar George, Mon Lapin, Parapluie, Gia… I could go on. We would not return or recommend it.
