Nous sommes allés plusieurs fois par le passé au Marcus en petit groupe ou en couple, & tout avait toujours été excellent, autant le service que la nourriture. Cependant, samedi dernier 16 novembre, nous étions 10 personnes, & le service fût médiocre. Nous y sommes allés pour la fête d'une amie, nous étions 5 couples (nous avons incité nos amis à venir essayer le Marcus parce que nous on adorait!). Ça dut prendre au moins 30 minutes une fois assis à la table pour avoir un premier service de boisson. Nous avons couru avec la serveuse tout le long du souper pour avoir des commandes de boissons. À la fin du souper, tous les verres, incluant l'eau étaient vides depuis longtemps. On a mentionné notre insatisfaction à quelques reprises au gérant & sommelier, mais personne ne venait en renfort. Puisque nous étions un groupe, nous avions dû prendre un menu de groupe & faire 1 seule facture. Devinez quoi, le service 18% déjà inclus sur la facture de plus de 4000$. On a compris pourquoi la serveuse nous délaissait, elle savait qu'elle aurait son pourboire tout de même à la fin. Une chance que la nourriture était plus qu'excellente! Nous avons été finir notre soirée ailleurs. Avec cette expérience, je ne sais pas si nous y retournerons! Plusieurs autres restaurants à Montréal sont du même niveau culinaire avec un meilleur service.

Dans son style, un super resto. Ça a pris presque 10min qu'on vienne m'accueillir, mais ensuite à la table le service était excellent. La nourriture délicieuse quoique hors de prix pour les portions.

Had an overall fine brunch. Tried the pancakes & enjoyed the toppings though the pancakes themselves were somehow dry. Service was slow (took at least 40 minutes before we ordered). The seating area is very nice & well decorated with plants & decorative lights, but the time at which we were there meant the sun was shining directly on us for most of the meal (& the "blinds" are see-through plastic that ultimately didn't do much).

Honesty this place was kind of mid overall. The restaurant & vibes were great but everything was outrageously overpriced for decent brunch food. The food was good but not worth $28 being the cheapest thing on the brunch menu. I could definitely get the same quality if not better brunch food for at minimum half the price. Also the service was good but hella slow.

Good food & atmosphere (for others) but remarkably shitty service especially for an establishment like the Four Seasons. Went on a Friday for drinks around 8pm. Got seated in a section without people. Asked the hostess if we could have a table in the section with people. She said we could move to a section behind the bar (which we as patrons do not know that will be completely empty for hours). We had to flag people down for menus, drinks & food. When this said hostess came to ask how were we're doing, i said we were looking to be in the section with live bodies. She said we just needed to wait another 45 minutes...needless to say this was a very mediocre experience... i think you guys can seriously step up your service. Maybe tune down the attitude too. I think you loss sight of the mission of the Four Season of providing superior service.
