We only came for Breakfast during our stay & other than the french toast - which was amazing- all other breakfast items had no wow factor. Side of bacon, ham or potatoes seems like low quality- what u get at a buffet. They never had a display of food or anything for brunch. The restaurant decor & ambiance is relaxing & the service was hit or miss depending on staff. Manager when onsite was attentive & kept staff on point.

We had a lovely meal & the service was attentive & the view was lovely. It was a bit loud which made taking a bit awkward. The flavors were very good - in particular the aubergine/eggplant & the cauliflower. But really the restaurant did a nice job with presentation & flavor pairing. The one thing is the main portions were very small. It tasted great but it was really just 4 forkfuls. It wasn't really a meal, it was a snack. I understand fine dining & that's all well & good & I don't need American style portions but it's disappointing when you order a meal & it is really just a few mouthfuls. Fortunately our waiter warned us that the meals were'protein concentrated' & said we should order some sides & the sides were, in fact, excellent but it is almost comically absurb how small the main dishes were.

We had a nice meal overall - although it was pretty loud for conversation - but I wouldn't go back.

We had the most magical experience at Marcus! It was supposed to be my daughter's prom night, but she didn't attend; so we decided to make the evening special in our own way, she always wanted to go there, i made the réservation & I called the restaurant last minute to ask if they could leave a little note on her dessert, & although they said it might be too short notice, they went above & beyond.

When we arrived, there was a beautiful note waiting on the table, & the staff were incredibly kind & thoughtful. Everyone congratulated her, & it truly made her feel celebrated & seen. You turned what could have been a sad night into one she'll always remember. Thank you for your kindness, your care, & your amazing service. You made her night-& mine-absolutely unforgettable. 💖
I can't recall the waiter's name, but he was someone we will never forget. He was an exceptional person, very kind, & provided exceptional service!

The pasta & lobster are 12/10. Never disapointed !!
The truffle fries are also a must everytime !
Sea Tower : Fresh & delicious ! The sauce that came with shrimp was delicious 😋
The salads were a good portion & also great!

Le cadre du restaurant est indéniablement magnifique, avec une ambiance soignée & un décor élégant qui promettent une belle expérience. Malheureusement, le service n'a pas été à la hauteur des attentes pour un établissement de ce standing. L'accueil était correct mais sans chaleur particulière, & le suivi tout au long du repas manquait d'attention & de professionnalisme.

Côté cuisine, les plats étaient plaisants, bien présentés, mais sans véritable surprise ou originalité. Pour un restaurant réputé comme chic, je m'attendais à une expérience culinaire plus marquante.

En résumé : un très bel endroit, mais une expérience globale mitigée, surtout compte tenu des promesses & des prix. Un peu plus de soin dans le service & d'audace dans l'assiette seraient les bienvenus.
