Quelle déception! J'y suis allé avec des collègues de travail. Malheureusement 2 personnes sur 8 n'ont pas été servis en même temps. J'étais une de ces personnes...ma collègue a été servie 15 minutes après.les autres, par contre ça a pris tout près de 30 minutes avant que je sois servi. J'étais vraiment gèné puisque mes collègues par leur bonne manière ont attendu que je sois servi, même si je leur disait de débuter leur repas. Résultat leur repas était froid. J'aurais apprécié une marque d'excuse, mais ça ne s'est pas produit. J'aurais espéré plus d'un restaurant avec cette réputation. J'ai pris les pâtes avec le homard, c'était bon au goût mais le homard était minuscule & coriace en comparaison à mon collègue qui avait pris la même chose mais qui a été servi en temps.

Service super décevant. Nous avons offert un brunch pour une amie pour ses 30 ans. La place est très belle mais mon dieu le service a été horrible. Serveuse maladroite, sert le jus en en mettant partout & sans savoir qu'il y en avait plus & donc me sert un mini verre de jus de carotte & me dit que de ce fait elle ne le facturera pas. Surprise, il est sur la facture, sans nous en apercevoir nous payons, & elle nous dit qu'elle ne peut pas nous rembourser, mais peut nous offrir des shooters. Elle revient avec 1 shooter alors que nous sommes 5. La blague !J'ai mis du tips & je regrette... Le brunch est bon cependant !
i'm sorry beautiful place great ambience but the service is slow for a super nice restaurant like this. the server didn't seem eager for a good tip. anytime someone's glass was empty they didn't ask if they wanted a refill unless we called them over & we asked ourselves.
While the food & ambiance were enjoyable, the overall experience was marred by disappointing service. Despite our high expectations, we waited 45 minutes to ORDER our first cocktail, our distracted waiter poured water into our martinis & forgot two main course dishes. Then, he proceeded to offer us room service even though we were not guests of the hotel. While they did comp our desserts, we received no acknowledgment of the two birthdays we were celebrating, despite prior notification & confirmation by the hostess. While the food & vibe were good, the service did not reflect the hype & the price point.
Great restaurant for brunching on the weekend. Be sure to make a reservation first otherwise you won't be able to make it since it's quite popular. Anything that is related to brunch is really good, & for those of you who wants regular dishes you have a couple options too. Cocktails are also something to try there as they are really good!
We were recommended to go there, so we went for lunch. The place is very nice, with good views, decor, & light. We had 2 burgers, fries ,& drinks. For what we paid & what we expected I was disappointed. I feel like the food needed elevation for the class of restaurant it is. A Wagyu burger shouldn't have lettuce tomato & cheddar cheese. Should have had a more elegant cheese, home pickled tomato, & maybe arugula/mizuna instead. Also spicy mayo (marble sauce) isn't really a good thing anymore, it's everywhere & on par with sriracha. I would have preferred a homemade spicy miso dressing going with the Wagyu theme. & to put the burger over the top serve open with a fried quail egg on top with some crunchy tempura for texture.
Went for lunch, very nice place, wasn't very busy. Good place for business lunch. I had the Black Cod, it was very good, problem was that it was literally 3 bites for almost $60. My colleagues had the salmon, which was bigger portion, but said it was just okay. I like it, just think the price to value ratio is just not there.

Excellent place for a high-class dining experience but it's on the more expensive side. Everytime I come here I feel like I'm being treated like royalty, the service is impeccable.
Le service est excellent, la cuisine est bien. Par contre je peux pas croire qu'au prix qu'on paie les assiettes, on me charge l'eau au verre en plus Première fois pour moi que l'eau est payante dans un restaurant. Juste pour ça je laisse un deux étoiles; Je trouve ça complètement ordinaire.
Truly awful Montreal en lumière brunch experience. We had to wait for an hour because no one told us the special brunch didn't start until 11am when we made the 10am reservation. When the food finally did arrive the potatoes were cold. The rest of the set menu was raw vegetables, focaccia & donuts. Followed by an extremely hard ice cream ball. For 95$ forgive me if I was expecting a little more. Hard pass on ever coming back here again
