Honesty this place was kind of mid overall. The restaurant & vibes were great but everything was outrageously overpriced for decent brunch food. The food was good but not worth $28 being the cheapest thing on the brunch menu. I could definitely get the same quality if not better brunch food for at minimum half the price. Also the service was good but hella slow.
Good food & atmosphere (for others) but remarkably shitty service especially for an establishment like the Four Seasons. Went on a Friday for drinks around 8pm. Got seated in a section without people. Asked the hostess if we could have a table in the section with people. She said we could move to a section behind the bar (which we as patrons do not know that will be completely empty for hours). We had to flag people down for menus, drinks & food. When this said hostess came to ask how were we're doing, i said we were looking to be in the section with live bodies. She said we just needed to wait another 45 minutes...needless to say this was a very mediocre experience... i think you guys can seriously step up your service. Maybe tune down the attitude too. I think you loss sight of the mission of the Four Season of providing superior service.

The lamb chops were exquisite: tender, juicy, & richly seasoned, they encapsulated the kind of culinary mastery one expects from such a venue. Unfortunately, the lobster pasta, while pleasant, fell short of expectations. The portion of lobster felt a touch too meager for the price point, leaving the dish somewhat underwhelming in comparison to the rest of the meal. That said, the overall experience was one of elegance & satisfaction. Yes, the prices are high, but they are justified by the setting, the top-tier service, & the culinary finesse of most dishes. For those seeking a night of indulgence in the heart of Montreal-with the added bonus of a striking view of a cultural icon-this restaurant offers a memorable evening.
HONEST take 😕 Over the last 3 years, I've been to this place more than 10 times; Sometimes alone, sometimes on a date, & often to celebrate with family. First, it's a great place, but I wouldn't bother recommend it if you're looking for the best experience in town. While the food feels like it's done with love, it can get quite pricey. The portions are relatively small, & while I understand it's gastronomy, the reduction in size over the past year is notable. The salad tastes quite basic, more like something a cow would eat. I also suggest skipping the focaccia plate in the lounge, as it's essentially the same as the complimentary bread they give free if you ask. Service can be hit or miss. We had some servers who were thoughtful & patient, while others seemed to force their smiles, making it awkward. don't feel compelled to give the 15% tip for service that doesn't meet expectations, especially in places where the staff may overestimate their service. Additionally, there seems to be a consistent issue with getting water... Yes you read it right. Each time I've dined in the lounge, I end up playing a game of eye contact to request water. The only time we received water without asking was when we were CHARGED 24$ for 2 bottles, quite a surprise! We didn't finish it, & they didn't offer to let us take it with us. Waste water... Ultimately, I wouldn't choose this restaurant for an ordinary outing. However, I do recommend it if it's for a time, a moment to share with someone but OCCASIONALLY. Personally i probably won't but I do enjoy the lounge because it's more comfortable, warm, & feels private "less serious". They could definitely improve their service & the variety of food & desserts there but well. While the dishes still taste good & the restaurant is beautifully designed, don't be swayed too heavily by either 1 star or 5 stars reviews. Each experience is pretty unique, & while it's a decent place, it's not the greatest in the area. With some improvements, it could be a no-brainer really exceptional place.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Marcus & was thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere was warm & inviting, perfect for catching up with friends. Our waitress was attentive & knowledgeable, making our experience even more enjoyable. The black cod dish tasted amazing. It was cooked to perfection, with the delicate fish perfectly complemented by the savory marinade. The flavors were exquisite, & each bite was a delight.
J'étais bien excitée de découvrir ce beau restaurant après avoir lu les avis, mais j'étais assez déçue. Le lieu est chic & sophistiqué certes, mais mon brunch était bien ordinaire, surtout considérant le prix $$$. Le service était adéquat, sans plus. Ce n'est malheureusement pas un coup de coeur pour moi!
Everything was great. Why 4*? Well.... It's priceyyyyyyyy........ It's a great place but not worth 56$ for 5 good looking shrimps... At that price, I expected to be like WTF these are Titanics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! & like 32$ martinis.... So be aware if you want to have a good time well $$$$$$$
C'est un beau restaurant avec une ambiance très plaisante. Nous avons été bien servi. Par contre, je suis déçu du carré d'agneau que nous avons pris. 2 très petits morceaux presque pas de viandre mais plus de graisse. C'était la première fois que je voyais des carrés d'agneau aussi petit. J'ai aimé la purée de pomme de terre & le dessert que j'ai trouvé original. Comme entrée j'avais pris la salade de pieuvre que j'ai trouvé moyen à cause de la salade un peu amère qui enlevait le goût de la pieuvre selon moi. De plus, tous les autres tables se sont fait servir du pain avec la salade mais nous, nous en avons pas eu.

☹️ Je n'ai pas vécu une bonne expérience. Pour commencer l'accueil était inexistant. Personne pour me diriger vers le restaurant. La serveuse me dit d'aller chercher ma table moi-même, pour rejoindre mes amies qui sont finalement à côté d'un autre ascenseur. J'ai commandé un 1er mocktail qui est supposé avoir de la fruit de la passion, mais finalement ça coûtait juste la cannelle & c'était chaud 🤢 La côtelette d'agneau était minuscule pour le prix, une chance que j'avais pas trop faim parce que franchement c'est le gros prix pour la plus minuscule assiette que possible. Il y avait un serveur qui n'était pas le nôtre qui vient me demander si tout est correct, quand je lui dis que j'aime pas mon drink & que je veux commander un dessert discrètement pour la fêtée, il commence à crier sur moi & il s'adresse à ma personne avec un ton condescendant 😒🗣️📢 J'ai quand même aimé les frites à la truffe. Le dessert était très médiocre aussi. Pour le prix je m'attendais à ce que mes papilles gustatives soient émerveillé. J'ai plutôt eu le droit à une crème glacée acidulée, bref dégueulasse 🤢
J'ai été bruncher avec un groupes d'amies pour souligner un évènement spécial. Tout était parfait, nous avons passé un très beau moment & ce fut une expérience très agréable. À essayer absoluement!
Service & atmosphère impeccable. Nourriture très peu impressionnante, moins recherchée que j'aurais pensé & portions minuscules. Je retournerais pour prendre un verre seulement, car l'ambiance & l'aesthetic sont vraiment là. ✨
