Great service by Luc & delicious food.

Je suis venue plusieurs fois. La première fois au restaurant, la nourriture est bonne même si overpriced. À chaque fois que je suis venue au bar, le service était long. Il faut s'armer de patience. La carte des cocktails est très limitées. Si vous êtes plutôt du genre cocktails sucrés, ce n'est pas pour vous. J'ai eu une première mauvaise expérience où des groupes d'individus se sont battus dans la partie club & ont poussé les tables des autres clients. Aucun membre du personnel ne s'est excusé auprès des personnes présentes. Tout le monde a été sommé de quitter les lieux (c'était en fin de soirée). J'ai tenté d'appeler l'hôtel le lendemain & impossible d'avoir un responsable pour des explications. Deuxième expérience hier avec une musique beaucoup trop forte. Personne ne peut se parler rendant l'expérience désagréable. Le personnel n'est pas agréable hormis les agents de sécurité & les hôtesses d'accueil. Bref pas du tout dans les standards pour un hôtel de cette renommé.Voir plus

Don't let the cocktails menu stop you. They'll make almost whatever you want, although the Aperol Spritz was maybe a little too sweet... The ambiance on the lounge with sunset was so great that we decided to order a Seafood Tower (sufficient for 5 & delicious) with wine & drinks instead of waiting for our table in the restaurant. La place est très belle , nous avons été uniquement pour prendre un verre , le service était long pour recevoir nos cocktails alors que nous étions un lundi & le bar n'était pas occupé. Les prix sont très élevés mais c'est un Four Season (faut s'y attendre). Le point négatif : à partir de 8 personnes ils obligent que ça soit une seule facture & un pourboire de 18%.Voir plus

Friendly, attentive service & luxurious yet surprisingly kid-friendly! We dined around 6:30 pm with our 5 year old & were reassured to see they had an extensive kids' menu. The adults enjoyed expertly prepared cocktails, fresh seafood & wonderful appetizers (recommend the salmon tartare & roasted whole cauliflower), & even the 5 year old was happy with the fresh pasta & chocolate ice cream for dessert. The service was truly wonderful, making us feel like everyone was included (even kiddo). Try to get a seat in the open air section, great on a warm evening!Voir plus

While the food & ambiance were enjoyable, the overall experience was marred by disappointing service. Despite our high expectations, we waited 45 minutes to ORDER our first cocktail, our distracted waiter poured water into our martinis & forgot two main course dishes. Then, he proceeded to offer us room service even though we were not guests of the hotel. While they did comp our desserts, we received no acknowledgment of the two birthdays we were celebrating, despite prior notification & confirmation by the hostess. While the food & vibe were good, the service did not reflect the hype & the price point.Voir plus

Great restaurant for brunching on the weekend. Be sure to make a reservation first otherwise you won't be able to make it since it's quite popular. Anything that is related to brunch is really good, & for those of you who wants regular dishes you have a couple options too. Marcus Lounge in Montreal impresses yet again! Visited for a drink & as always, their cocktails were spot on. The Bourbon Sour is a must-try, perfectly mixed. But the real highlight was the Olivier Jules, a personal creation of mine, which they crafted to perfection. It's places like this that make Montreal's cocktail scene truly special.
