We ordered the Seared Tuna & the Pacific Crunch salads, both were fresh & flavorful, & we enjoyed the food overall. However, the experience was let down by the service.

We came on a Sunday evening specifically intending to use the $50 gift cards we had purchased that same day for our meal. We were already a little nervous about visiting this location, as we had noticed it only had a 3.8-star rating on Google compared to other Mandy's locations, which are rated four stars & above. Unfortunately, our experience confirmed some of those concerns.

After ordering, we were told at the cashier that they were having issues processing gift cards &, as a result, we couldn't use them. This was very disappointing. Given that the issue was on their end, we believe it would have been reasonable for the staff to accept the gift cards & sort out the processing problem internally afterward.

The staff did take my contact information & said they would try to find a solution, but in the end, we had to pay with our credit card & leave with the gift cards unused. While the food was good, the lack of flexibility & follow through on the service side left a poor impression.View more

I went back to the Laurier location after a dull dry Cobb salad the week before, but today's generous, super fresh & delicious Habibi salad showed me that it was not the norm for Mandy's salads. The staff was wonderful & my overall experience this time for lunch was excellent. Great salad, generous serving, well-balanced fresh ingredients. I recommend ordering the dressing on the side (that's what I will do from now on) so you can get a good amount & pour it yourself. This was the perfect amount of dressing for this Habibi salad & it's officially my favourite now. Thank you Mandy's!View more

I like to pick up an Endless Summer salad every 1-2 months, & it's been diminishing returns every time. I swear each time for the past six orders, there's a little less avocado, a little less pomegranate, a little less mock chicken, etc. until my order last week, which was almost a joke. Barely any avocado, mock chicken, or kale leaves. Even the dressing wasn't as tasty as before. For $25 w/tip, I ended up with a salad that was comprised mostly of romaine lettuce & bland dressing! I used to feel full after having this salad, but now it's more like a snack. & despite arriving before noon, they were out of pomegranates & offered to substitute cheaper options, like dried cranberries. He must've seen the disappointment in my face so he offered fresh options, like mango. I found a few bits of mango in there. Yikes, if this keeps going on, I may need to cut out Mandy's as an occasional treat & learn to make my own salads!! What the heck is going on? I had to write this review as my last order was such a disappointment. What used to be a minimum 4-star salad several months ago has now been reduced to 1.View more

I've eaten here several times & every time was outstanding. Fresh ingredients, no compromises & well thought out menu items. The restaurants are a pleasure to visit for service & atmosphere. Teriyaki Tofu salad & bowl are my favorites.View more
