its always so noisy. no need to use ambient music to force everyone to speak louder.
Also, No need to dim the lights to the point where everyone needs their cell phones to read the menus -Really

We ordered the pizza which was good. When we were seated, we were caught off guard by some of the cutlery that was dirty. That was a huge turn off & the first red flag.
2nd red flag : We were then rushed into paying for our bill when it was clear that we weren't ready to leave & enjoying our tea & coffee.
3rd red flag: when ordering a glass of wine it was a very, very small portion ( less the a quarter of the the glass).
The service I remembered from a few years back was a lot friendlier & efficient than it was last night & the food of better quality.

Needless to say, it was a disappointment.
