Je change ma note de 5 étoiles à 1 étoile. Lors de mon passage aujourd'hui, le sandwich était presque vide & le goût avait complètement changé. La qualité n'a plus rien à voir avec mes visites précédentes ici.
C'est vraiment très décevant, surtout après avoir eu de bonnes expériences auparavant. Malheureusement, je ne reviendrai plus.
Sandwich pas mal de saveur, mais pas assez chaud! Service inhospitalier. J'ai eu l'impression que je leur faisait travailler par obligation pour me préparer la commande. Aucune volonté de faire sentir au client qu'il est le bienvenu. Ni par le ton de voix, ni par le regard, ni par les actions comme de mettre des serviettes à ta disposition dans ta commande (un minimum).

C'est dommage, quand ils ont ouvert leur sandwicj etaient vrm meilleir que maintenant. La salade de.choux ça vaut presque rien à faire & c'est à peine s'ils en mettent assez dans leur sandwich.
& la salade assez epu gemereuse en plus d'une vinaigrette qui est basically de la mayo.
De fast-food normal ni plus ni moins, les sandwiches passent mais les burgers à éviter pas bon de tout, frites commercials.
J'avais juste faim mais je ne reviendrai plus

They changed their toum. Might as well just put mayo. It needs more garlic... it was disappointing last time to say the least.. i really hope they actually maintained quality in lebanon. Dont franchise if youre going to ruin the taste

My all time favorite sandwich in Lebanon now in MTL! Its exactly how i remember it! Tastes amazing, very generous, & budget-friendly, just like back home.
People there are very friendly & truly portray Lebanese hospitality & generosity.

had a great experience at Malak El Taouk! The food is always fresh, flavorful, & authentic. The chicken taouk sandwich was perfectly grilled, juicy, & well-seasoned, & the garlic sauce is absolutely amazing. The portions are generous & the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get.
The staff were friendly & the service was quick, even during busy hours. The restaurant is clean & well organized, which makes it even more enjoyable.
If you're craving delicious Lebanese food, especially a tasty taouk sandwich, Malak El Taouk is definitely a great choice. I will definitely be coming back!

The bread was old & smells fermented. Overall the sandwich doesn't taste good & i already told them

i knew not to order tawouk sando because ive seen the precooked chicken that they have piled up on the corner of the grill to make it easier to prep, so i ordered the batata sandwich. The rudest cashier said that it would take 5 minutes so youd think that they're frying a fresh batch of potatoes, & even then it was somehow the coldest sandwich on earth 🤷🏻?♀? which is very odd given that the customer service is god awful with probably the rudest lady on the register. Maybe it wouldve been waranted because they were so busy & customer service is tough, but it was just me & two other customers at the store, whom have already received their food. Begs the question as to why they have 5-6 staff members on the floor just to serve cold cold food, that you wait for, with the added horrible customer service?
I grew up near Bliss St in Lebanon where Malak El Tawouk is a DELICIOUS go-to! The first time this Malak El Tawouk location opened in Montreal my fiancé & I made the drive from Ottawa to go try it & it was so delicious we brought back sandwiches for the whole family!!! & the place was packed! We just went back again yesterday, very excited for a taste of home, & it was so incredibly disappointing. Did not taste the same at all. It is now an edible chicken sandwich. Very meh. Very mediocre. But is definitely NOT Malak el Tawouk anymore. We will wait until our next trip to Lebanon to have it again on Bliss St because this definitely isn't it 👎
