Le burger ne mérite clairement pas son prix : beaucoup trop petit, viande trop grillée & sèche. & surtout, il ne ressemble pas du tout à celui présenté sur la photo. En plus, à 13 $, il n'est même pas servi en trio.
Par contre, leur sandwich au poulet est plutôt généreux. Dommage que le pain s'ouvre & que, même après avoir demandé de bien le griller, il ne l'était pas suffisamment. J'ai donc demandé qu'on le grille davantage, comme le font habituellement les autres employés, mais on a refusé.
Je trouve ça dommage, car on ne devrait normalement pas refuser une simple demande raisonnable d'un client. L'expérience aurait pu être bien meilleure avec un peu plus d'attention au service.

staff is rude af & they don't make the orders correctly. i hadn't eaten for 8 hrs & ordered takeout. they made my moms food completely wrong & ignored our requests for sauce. then, when i walked in to pick up the food, they gawked at me like i had killed all of their families. weird af.

On aime bcp Malak el Taouk mais la dernière expérience etait terrible. Le sandwich a renchéri, c'est okay...mais au moins il faut garder la qualité : moins de poulet, plus de pain & pas d'ail!

Très bon sandwich, mais il manque le goût griller du shish taouk selon moi. Sinon les frites sont super bonne & leur sauce à l'ail est parfaite! Le resto est beau & très propre & la musique est bonne

Evidemment, on reste sur de la restauration rapide, ne vous y trompez pas.
Donc une cuisine rapide certes, mais très correctement exécutée.
& le service est aimable & attentionné.
Une bonne adresse pour ceux qui aiment les saveurs souvent aillées du Liban.
