Great customer service . Gave us free cookies as dessert also free sauces for my meal . Very friendly & considerate of her customers . Definitely recommend trying ! Cookies were delicious.
My favourite fried chicken im the whole city of Montreal. The bigger sized burgers are so filling & the mp sauce was delicious. Their cookies are also awesome. The place is also spacious & super clean. Prices are really reasonable as well.(Also halal!!)
I love madame poulet the african canadian female worker is always so kind & friendly! The place is always clean as well. The only thing that annoys me is the indian/canadian male that works there! Hes often talking on the phone while customers are eating in the store & he makes them wait to order… He is rude to customers. Once the customers infront of us left before ordering because his service was bad… Other than that, madame poulet is great! Highly recommend ☺?
Absolument aberrant! L'homme à l'accueil démuni de bonne manière, me répond à peine lorsque je lui pose des questions & me coupe la parole. Il m'accueille avec un « english » quand je veux commander en français. Je comprends que le français n'est pas la langue première chez certains, mais il y a une manière de dire les choses, voyons!!
Je ne recommande pas du tout, surtout que ce n'est pas la première fois que ça m'arrive

What's with your cashier that has 0 patience, 0 tolerance, is stingy with utensils, & on top of all that gives you attitude if you ask questions?! Lacking customer service & hospitality! Food wise, it's ok, not crazy about the fries, came in over fried (dark in color), & oily.
I orderd via Uber eats for lunch to try it out. I ordered the mac & cheese & it was horrid it wasn't even cooked through neither just tasted good at all. I tried to finish it but it wasn't great. The fries however are amazing.

The lady at the counter was really rude & impatient when we were the only ones there but the food made up for it :) would recommend!
J'ai adoré mon burger buffalo avec de très bon oignons rings! Mon ami a pris la poutine buffalo & à part une légère déception que le fromage en grain était froid, un coup réchauffé par la sauce c'était très bon & immense portion!
La femme qui a pris notre commande était très gentille & nous expliquait bien les options! Le restaurant est lumineux & très beau. Le poulet est super croustillant & frais!
The MP Chou burger was delicious but the service left a bitter taste in my mouth.
I called for a pick up order & immediately I could tell the lady on the phone was lost. Not only that, she was interrupting me & she sounded annoyed during the whole call.
I asked her if I could get a bbq sauce on the side with my order, to which she said yes. When I went to pick it up, I asked her if she had packed the sauce, to which she also said yes. Of course when I got home & opened the bag, the sauce wasn't there, even though I got charged for it.
A missing sauce is not the end of the world, & the food was actually really good, but the attitude & lack of manners stained my experience.
The chicken is good. It was juicy & soft, but still maintained a level of crispness without overpowering the other elements of the food. The fries were also good. I believe a few of the fries were burnt, but the rest were just fine. This is a pretty good fried chicken joint.
