Reviews portray Madame Poulet as a casual, comforting spot where fried chicken, chicken burgers, and tenders are praised for flavor and freshness, with fries that are often crispy and portions that feel generous for the price. Service is frequently described as fast, friendly, and professional, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere, though a few comments mention language barriers or noise at peak times. The consensus is that the chicken is tasty, with many calling it among the best fried chicken options in town, and the ambiance described as warm and easygoing. Some criticisms note underseasoned sides or fries that can be soggy, and occasional inconsistencies in texture or spice. Overall, Madame Poulet comes across as a reliable, enjoyable choice for a quick, satisfying meal with strong value and frequent praise for the chicken and service, inviting return visits and recommendations.
Terrible shrinking of portions. Been ordering your combo for over a year & they've been shrinking massively. Cold tenders & squirrel portions on multiple occasions in a row, you lost a regular!
I'm really disappointed with my recent order from Madame Poulet. The fries were honestly some of the worst I've had in a long time, they were soggy, burnt, & not properly cooked on the inside. The texture was unpleasant, & the overall quality was far below what I expected.
Unfortunately, it completely ruined the meal. I hope the restaurant improves its food preparation & consistency, because this was not an acceptable experience.
