I went there with my fiancé after a movie at the theatre. It was very loud, the people, but especially the music & whatever alerts that were coming from the kitchen. The food was nice, I would consider it to be above average for a fast food spot. I got a BLT hamburger, the buns were very good, the chicken was great, there was a lot of sauce but that's exactly how I love it. The fries would've deserved a sauce to go with them. The poutine was okay.

This used to be my first choice for a fried chicken burger. I regularly ordered online & would usually get a burger with a poutine. Unfortunately, today's Monday special combo was really disappointing.
The fried chicken patty was shockingly small - basically two bite-sized pieces. Compared to the Dr Pepper can in the photo, it honestly looked like half or even one-third of the portion I used to get. Meanwhile, the fries portion was huge.
I would much rather trade some fries for an actual proper-sized chicken patty. The combo felt very unbalanced & not worth the price this time.
Sadly, after this experience, I don't think I'll be coming back

The fried chicken sandwich was crispy, juicy, & packed with flavor, & the bun was soft & fresh. The mac & cheese was super creamy with a nice crunchy topping - definitely a standout side.

Generous portions & great comfort food overall. A bit heavy, but totally worth it.

Madame Poulet surely knows how to make really good chicken but not for at a friendly price. The BLT itself was 18$ after tax but I still wanted to try it to see what it was all about. Definitely did not disappoint but the price is quite high. Service is a bit slow although there were few customers.

Absolutely ridiculous!! This is what $12.41 get to you at Madame Chicken. For 6 dollars a piece i would expect a larger piece. The portion is a ridiculous ripoff. Customer service was rushed, not friendly, & not welcoming. This is so disgraceful. I will never eat here again. I can't believe this is the portion!!!! No side no drink. Two very small pieces of chicken for $12.41. If you're looking to waste your money for something mediocre, then yeah, go for this & be an idiot. Highly dissatisfied.
