Madame Poulet receives mixed feedback regarding its offerings and operations. While many patrons praise the quality, texture, and flavor of the fried chicken, others report inconsistent results, noting issues with cold food, lack of seasoning, or improperly cooked items. Service experiences vary significantly, with some customers commending specific staff members for their professionalism and warmth, while others describe interactions as rude, uninviting, or inefficient. Common points of frustration include long wait times, inaccurate takeout orders with missing items, loud music, and concerns that prices have increased without a corresponding rise in quality or portion size. Although some find the atmosphere pleasant and the food a worthwhile choice, others feel the overall value and service consistency need improvement to meet expectations.
Food was good, I enjoyed it. My kids enjoyed it, but customer service is terrible. The lady who took my order, didn't even speak to me, I asked her for the mild sauce, & she just pointed at the menu screen. You know, vocabulary & using your words is a'thing' in the restaurant industry. I just found it very rude.
As I sat there eating, 4 clients came in, & waited about 20 minutes before even ordering. They all walked out.
At least if you're running late, or getting busy, acknowledge the clients' tell them sorry, It won't be long' or I'll be right with you. Or something, show the clients you care about them.
The team here needs to look over their workers, either teach them how to talk to clients, or get new workers, who are dynamic, friendly & welcoming, especially in this field of buisness.
& some speed would be nice, it was dreadful watching her wrap an order in the bag 🤦?♀? Your working at a FAST food restaurant, it should be fast, it shouldn't take longer than 15 minutes to take the order & serve it, & if something is taking longer, tell the client, let them know it might take a alittle longer.
Great chicken burgers, good fries, & decent service. I will say the wait time was a little long but it was worth it for a nice little outing. Would definitely come again if im in the area!

This is in regards to my last 2 UberEats orders, where products are always missing. I realise that there is a lot going on, especially as someone who worked in the food service industry for over 25 years, but the lack of care that I have seen in my orders & the inability to package my orders with all my items is frustrating. They have made the choice to use UberEats as a way to make money then they need to maintain service quality. Considering how many options I have you're right I can go elsewhere.
Save yourself from ordering the Louisiane burger, it was awful unfortunately.. the bacon inside was hard like rock & the chicken was nowhere near fresh, how can you even serve a cold burger?? the pasta was good at least
