My kids love this place. I always order online for pickup, & I always end up waiting 30 minutes. Last time I showed up 15 minutes late & ended up waiting another 25 minutes!

First time ordering from Madame Poulet & unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. My order was missing the drink, & I had replaced the fries in the combo with mac & cheese, but the mac & cheese was basically just plain pasta with a bland sauce - there was barely any cheese flavor at all.

The burgers tasted ok. The Junior MP burger came with only one pickle inside.

Overall, a very poor experience.

I had the junior sandwich & was disappointed. The chicken didn't taste fresh & was pretty bland. Paying $13 for just a small sandwich felt overpriced for the portion size & quality. Service at the register was also awkward & unwelcoming. I'm not going there again.

Je suis venu à ce restaurant autant que livreur la nuit du 10 mai 2026 & la nonchalance de l'employé qui portait des lunettes m'a beaucoup déçu. Je lui dis Bonsoir, il ne répond pas, je lui montre ma commande avec le sourire, il ne fait aucune expression, il me donne froidement l'ordre de me déplacer vers la gauche pour récupérer la commande, puis m'ordonne :' confirmez, confirmez' & il vérifie sur son écran si j'ai confirmé avant de lacher le sac de ses mains comme si j'allais le voler. .. en partant je lui dis'merci , bonne soirée' & encore une fois, aucune réponse ou réaction de sa part. Vos employés devraient être polis & courtois avec la clientèle & les livreurs en ?particulier, ne nous méprisez pas car c'est grâce à nous que vous pouvez recevoir des commandes jusqu'à très tard la nuit. À bon entendeur.
