I don't even know where to begin...our experience with Madame Fortin & the mother-daughter team of Karine & Oceane was exceptional from start to finish. We contracted them to cater meals for a corporate retreat, & every single dish was outstanding. The level of professionalism, organization, & care they brought to our event was top?notch.
We had several colleagues with dietary restrictions, & each one was accommodated seamlessly & thoughtfully. On top of the catered meals, we also booked their chef?in dining experience… & JUST WOW. The food was extraordinary, & the service was truly off the charts.
If you're staying at Manoir Maplewood in Waterloo & want incredible, local, catered?in meals, don't think twice about hiring Madame Fortin - it is your go-to place. Wish we had stayed longer to experience their restaurant dining, I'm sure it's amazing!

Wow wow wow!!!! 2 soirs de suite & que dire... ce nest pas que manger, cest une expérience culinaire! Le torchon de fois gras!!! Une explosion de saveur en bouche. Le boudin noir!!! Excellent! La macreuse cuite lentement fond dans la bouche. Les calmars frits, une mélange de saveurs incroyables. Le tartare de thon juste wow... Tout etait plus que parfait!!! Dommage que vous n'êtes pas dans mon coins!

Le service est exceptionnel. Le personnel est attentionné & souriant. Notre serveur, Olivier, si je ne me trompe pas, nous a tout de suite mis à l'aise en nous expliquant la carte des menus & des vins. Très professionnel ! Un vrai plaisir.
