Honestly, I thought it was going to be regular pasta that currently is over hyped, but it was far from it. Firstly, the staff was so kind. I think I spoke to the owner, & she was PASSIONATE about her product. I love that! She explained the process, products, importation etc of her pasta & it shows. The pasta is amazing. I'm speaking as an Italian, the pasta is perfectly al dente, the quality of the pasta is definitely present. The sauces were spectacular & they had a wide variety of choices. My only complaint, the chicken was of sub par quality, but I honestly forgot about it when it's surrounded by so much other good. I will definitely be coming back!
Delicious fresh pasta, 3 types to choose from, along with plenty of sauces & garnishes (try their pistachio pesto). Pay at the counter, comes in a cardboard bowl, & you can eat at a table (if you find one - can get a bit crowded at rush hour due to its deserved success).
As a die hard pasta lover / snob, I was a little sceptical about pasta served in a cup. My fears were totally unfounded. The pasta I chose, the casareccia with chicken estragon cream sauce, was outstanding. The portion seems smallish but they pack it in the container & when you empty the pasta on a dish you'll see it's the perfect size; enough for me who usually eats 500 grams in one sitting. The restaurant, while small, is pleasant with a really good vibe. The manager at the counter was super pleasant, helpful & patient when helping me choose my meal. I can't stop talking to my friends about the place. Definitely going to go back again & again & again...
The perfect cup of pasta exists! What an exceptionally positive experience. The freshly made pasta really makes such a difference. Great service, delicious sauces & toppings. Had the Tarragon Chicken pasta- delicious! Wishing great success! A must-try & will be back 😋
Fresh pasta with very flavourful sauce. You can tell ingredients are fresh & not canned. Generous portions & super friendly service. There's nothing like this in the city!
Woww! Woww & ReWow! J'y suis allée pour la première fois aujourd'ui & ce ne sera pas ma dernière! L'accueil de la propriétaire était chaleureux & son explication du fonctionnement, des produits & du menu était détaillé & surtout invitant! La qualité des pâtes est exceptionnelles & que dire du goût de la sauce & des accompagnements parfaitement dosé! La portion est généreuse & s'apporte facilement, si vous ne souhaitez pas manger sur place. J'ai pris les campanelles au pesto & pistaches & c'était un vrai régal! À découvrir absolument! Un gros bravo à toute l'entreprise familiale!
Sceptique à première vue j'ai été conquis par les pâtes fraîches & les sauces goutues. Ce n'est pas donné pour des pâtes, 15$+taxes & tips, il est vrai mais les portions sont généreuses & m'ont permis de me remplir le ventre. Il peut être compliqué de s'asseoir, les places assises n'étant pas nombreuses. D'un rat à un autre, n'oublie pas la promotion -10% pour les étudiants, ça fait plaisir.

Not only is the food fully customisable. BUT the wait staff is SO INFORMED! The meals are afordible, high quality ingredients & I adored my meal. I got a spicy white sauce pasta nad my partner got a chicken mushroom pesto. This is something at a resteraunt i would expect to pay 2X as much. it came in a warm cup. the portions were HUGE & it was so tasty & warm. New place on hte block is a MUST check out in MTL. Best pasta i've ever had from a fast service establishment!
