Got the truffle mushroom pasta; flavourful, delicious, & well-made. Bit pricey but they give enough for leftovers, although I understand that's subjective depending on how much you can eat. Will go back.
Spot is nice but the food is so bland.. ate there 3 times only once it was good but even that they cheap out on the meat so much, forcing us to pay an extra 4$ more a decent amount of meat. Even paying for extra sauce, vegetable & meat, the pasta don't taste like any thing. The smoke meat one has so much pickles it tasted like a pickle pasta. Really wanted to like this place that's why I've been back a few times
Exceptional pastas. The pasta is made fresh from semolina imported from Italy. You get the choice of 3 pasta which differ based on Al dente level. & then you pair it with your preferred sauce. You can customize it however you like which is great. We tried poulet estragon & rosee sauce & both were excellent.
Don't sleep on the salad! Tasty & fresh, just like the pasta. Packaging is genius because food is still hot when you get it home. Would highly recommend!!
A nice place for a huge amount of affordable pasta! Ordered the Taco Cream one & it was sooo yummy, tasted like a deconstructed taco lasagna. Bolognese one was okay. The cashier was super friendly, taking her time to explain everything to us. It was a fun experience!
C'est rare où je prends le temps de post des avis, mais il en fallait un pour Lulu's pasta bar. Que ce soit la qualité des pâtes, la delicieuse sauce, la quantité offerte ou encore le bon service, ca en a valu le coup! & -10% pour les étudiants, merci! Pour ma part ce fut un Tuscan Chicken.
Very continent place for quick food. The price is reasonable with the portion. Pasta sauce is made more American taste, with a lot of cheese & quite salty. Service is good 👍🏻
Wow, Lulu's is a gem! The "make your own pasta" concept is just genius. The food was fantastic, plus they don't skimp on portions. You definitely won't leave hungry. What really blew me away were the incredibly warm owners - talk about expertise! You can feel the passion they put into every dish. The only downside... it took me a while to decide what to order cause everything looked insanely delicious. Highly recommend!
From the terrific food to the warm owners. You can't ask for anything more. The pasta was incredibly fresh made from 100% semolina flour. No corners were cut. The pasta was the real deal. The owners were super friendly. Always trying to give back to the community. You can feel the love in the food. Cheers!
Was there at lunch & had the rigatoni with creamy sauce. Delicious but a bit pricey for just pasta, chicken will cost you extra. Worth trying if youre around the area & eat along the canal.
Fresh pasta. Sauces are tasty. Portions are generous. Convenient location & more or less rapid service. It's always packed, so be prepared.
A carefully crafted marketing experience. The pasta was pasta. The Bolognese was a Bolognese. No flavors particularly caught my taste buds nothing was unpleasant flavor wise. The price is good, the concept is catchy.
Fresh pasta, friendly staff, this is probably too much for a small sized woman. I only ate less than half of the portion so if you are not planning to take left over around you this might be something to consider. I don't usually take pasta as my food option when I am in Montreal (there are too many good food around!) But I am happy with the meal, & would recommend to people who like pasta. - For the classic option there is no vegetable in the pasta (the pesto/pistachio one), so if you are a veg lover like my friend, be sure to add some extra.
Second time I have nausea after eating their pasta. The fresh pasta concept is great but the sauces could be much better & healthier. Friendly service. There is room for improvement.
Great pasta & friendly service. Reasonable prices. They even make an effort not to use plastic containers. Recommend!
Good home made pasta. Don't be fooled by the containers it seems small but there is a lot!
