I'm very disappointed to say that this used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but my recent visit was a terrible experience. I brought my boyfriend here hoping to share a nice dinner, but it turned out to be the worst experience I've ever had at this place.
The order was mixed up three times, & when the food finally arrived, it was a complete letdown. The steak was extremely dry & nearly impossible to finish. The shrimp, which is usually my favorite, were tiny, tasteless, & stuck to the skewer. To make things worse, I received fries instead of the mashed potatoes I had ordered.
I've had the steak & shrimp dish here many times before & always enjoyed it, but this time the quality & portions were shockingly poor. For the price, the experience was not worth it at all.

We had a very nice dinner at Lucille's. From the moment we entered the front doors, Jesse (the manager) greeted us with a friendly smile. The restaurant is modern & clean & sleek. Our server Thomas was nice, professional, & just friendly & attentive enough. A good server, working multiple tables & providing good service for sure.
The calamari starter was good, crispy & flavorful. I ordered the grilled seafood linguine which was literally the best I've ever had. Good amount of seafood & very tasty pasta was delicious. We also got the BBQ ribs platter over fries which was huge! & a steak frites which was cooked well & of good quality & taste. The cocktails were pretty good as well.
Jesse came over to check on our table before & after the meal, & was not only providing great service as a manager, he is also a pretty cool guy. Delicious food, great, friendly service, & a cool vibe made for a great dining experience!

I had a reservation for 5 adults & 2 kids. We were greeted & seated quickly. My family & I have been to various Lucille locations, & last night was our first time in downtown location. Food serving was a little slow while we asked them to serve whatever is ready first because we all share the dishes. But good thing is that they served our drinks & the kids food rather quickly. Food was good & service was polite & respectful. I really love their cauliflower salad & burrata. Decor is nice but I would say we felt a little hot inside… not sure if the AC was working properly. All in all, we had a good time & love the location for a downtown hangout night.

Les côtes levées avait la présence de la membrane (qui aurait dû être retirée) & la peu de viande n'était pas juteux. Excellente frites.
Le saumon sur planche était trop cuit.

Food was great! Their passion fruit mojito is really good. Service was fast & server was very nice & quick to serve water. I would recommend that restaurant.

We went to Lucille's before an event at the Bell Center on August 8th. Maya was our fantastic server. She suggested delicious items from the menu, which made our experience amazing. We will definitely return & hopefully get Maya again. Thank you so much Maya for your excellent service.

La nourriture est super bonne (Tacos au poisson, ailes de poulet coréennes, steak filet mignon) Les drinks aussi étaient bons, j'ai pris le Mojito fruit de la passion, excellent! Le service était lent, mais c'était une soirée de spectacle alors je peux comprendre. Ils ont apporté mon entrée avant les drinks ce qui était bizarre. La musique était beaucoup trop forte c'est pourquoi j'ai mis 3 étoiles pour ambiance. Puis on etaient tous cordés comme des sardines à nos tables, Zéro intimité.

Sat with my boyfriend at the bar because we like to talk & not raise our voices across the table, but the restaurant was not too loud. 1$ oysters, octopus, cocktails, everything was good 💖

I went to Lucille's with my daughter before a concert at the Bell Centre. The service was top notch & professional. The food was outstanding. My daughter is a picky eater but really enjoyed her lamb chops. I ordered the NY Strip & it was cooked to perfection. Will definitely be back.

Got squeezed in last minute for the Katy Perry concert & were greeted by super friendly staff! Our food came out & we shared a few appetizers. The burrata & crab dip were to die for 👌🏼 thank you to Jomo for the great recommendations that delivered

We stopped by Lucille's for drinks & bites before the Katy Perry concert on Wednesday July 30th & it was the perfect start to our evening! Jomo, who is a chef there, not only came to say hello, but he also served us with some incredible dishes; his burrata was next-level, the oysters were fresh & briny, & the lobster crab dip was absolutely delectable. The personalized experience left us with great memories!
The service was just as impressive as the food; friendly, attentive, & welcoming. No wait to get a seat, & the staff made us feel right at home, like we were hanging out with friends.
Huge shoutout to Jomo for his talent in the kitchen; he truly made the experience unforgettable for my sister & I. Lucille's is definitely a gem, & we'll be back soon!

Juste avant un spectacle au Centre Bell. Les huîtres sont très petites & très bonnes. Les tartares sont très bien. Menue pour enfant varié & copieux. La salle est remplie à craquer. Le service est ultra rapide, un peu en dessous de ce qu'on pourrait s'attendre, mais normal pour le moment, donc c'était ok.

Le service de Gabrielle était juste wow. Bravo à cette jeune femme pour sa belle personnalité & son professionnalisme & le repas juste excellent. Je reviendrai pour sûre.
