My incredible colleagues picked up a beautiful 6in strawberry almond cake to celebrate my mini baby shower at the office. As someone who lives with celiac I felt so safe & thrilled that they found this absolute gem of a bakery! This place is awesome. I have IBD & thus have to maintain a silly little anti-inflammatory diet, & it's exceptionally rare that I find a shop with freshly made pastries that I can actually eat without becoming dead. But everything in this godsend of a shop is both gluten-free & mostly cane sugar-free, (most of their baked goods are sweetened with maple sugar &/or coconut sugar) so there are tons of things I (& you as well, my hypothetical fellow dietarily restricted friend) can actually eat! I just ate a doughnut for the first time in like fifteen years & it was so good I feel like I could punch a hole in the sky. Also, if you're ridiculous like me & choose to torture yourself by not drinking caffeine, the decaf coffee here is great, & has very little caffeine, which I can tell because I don't get anxiety from it lol
