Its inviting atmosphere & cozy interior beckoned us, & we finally decided to see what all the buzz was about. The moment we stepped inside, the warm & inviting ambiance immediately struck us. We were fortunate to arrive just before the rush, allowing me to snap a few photos of the serene & beautifully decorated space. But it wasn't long before the place filled up, confirming its popularity. We started our brunch with Americano coffees, served with soy milk on the side. The coffee was robust & rich, a perfect start to our meal. For the main course, we ordered the Avocado Country Bread & the Chick'n Waffle. The Avocado Country Bread was a delightful mix of fresh, creamy avocado spread generously over a hearty slice of country bread, topped with radishes & a sprinkle of spices that added a nice kick. The flavors were well-balanced, & the dish felt both wholesome & satisfying. The Chick'n Waffle was a standout. The waffle was perfectly crisp on the outside yet fluffy inside, providing a perfect contrast to the crispy, flavorful chickin. Drizzled with just the right amount of syrup, it was a harmonious blend of sweet & savory that left us wanting more. Lov Mcgill lived up to its reputation. The combination of a cozy ambiance, friendly service, & delectable dishes made for a memorable brunch experience. It's no wonder this place is always bustling with patrons eager to enjoy its offerings. If you're looking for a spot that combines a warm, inviting atmosphere with delicious food, Lov Mcgill is definitely worth a visit.
Lovely place, very kind service & delicious food. I'm not vegan nor vegetarian, but Lov is a place I would come back.
Had a fantastic meal at Lov for my partner's birthday. A great experience & delicious food.
Came for brunch & was not disappointed! There is a separate brunch menu, not currently listed on the website. We had Vegan cappuccinos & vegan waffles, & we tried the vegan hazelnut spread pancakes. This is more of a relaxing vibe kind of place where you can meet a friend for brunch & spent some time in a nice place. A cozy restaurant within a large plaza, but when you walk in you feel you have stepped up into a bright, airy, designer space with table seating & a large center bar. The walls are covered in windows which creates a very cool aesthetic. The food is all vegan & the vegetarian menu are the only non-vegan options.
We were very unimpressed with our meal here. As vegetarians we have tried many of these higher-end vegan/vegetarian experiences & felt that this one brought no creativity to its dishes. Moreover, we found the food to be very mediocre.
Excellent!!! We enjoyed the burger & lasagna! Delicious :) Great staff & service too!
