Pretty ordinary
Waiter was condescending. Advised blonde lady in the front. Explicitly requested another waiter & no apologies not to make this more ackward. Waiter did not come up once but twice to the table. Excused himself by saying his french was not good. Nah, he was just a over the top personality who should be professional enough to tone down when time comes. Smoked salmon was disappointing. Roasted potatoes with tons of oil but lacking salt & appropriate seasoning. Pastries tasted not freshly made but received from elsewhere. I wanted to try your place for years. The 3 of us left upset & disappointed quite honestly.
We whent for brunch today. Nice decor, nice ambiance, okay service unfortunately. The buffet is full of a lot of the same. Limited selection of actual brunch foods. If you are gluten free or dairy intolerant, which i had 2 of in my groupe, the pickings were very slim. The scrambled eggs are full of milk or cream. Tge benedicts are obviously full of butter. So no eggs. Fried chicken, smoked meat ( dry as hell) & overcooked bacon. I politely asked our server if he could ask the kitchen to fry us a few eggs. Simple request. I was told no, thats not an option. End of discussion. So i whent straight to the source. The nice guy who was managing the food on the buffet. Asked him the same request for some fried eggs.'Let me go ask the chef' was his answer. Came back promptly with a yes. Nice. The eggs showed up at our table 30 minutes later, as if someone was unhappy about the extra work. We were finished eating by then, having figured we were not getting the eggs. A for effort, E for efficiency. & then they tack on an automatic 15% tip for tables over 6. Our server barely did what a bussboy would normally do, & gotba 50$ tip from our table.
75$per person with tax & tip for a very mediocre selection & service. If it had not been for the buffet runner, this would have been a 1 star.
I have been in the food industry for a long time & would not suggest this brunch to friends.
I came here on a Sunday with reservations for brunch. My reservations said'high top seating' but it's not what I was given. Nonetheless, we didn't have to wait for a table when we got there.
We sat down & our waiter greeted us right away, but after that it seemed as though our waiter forgot we existed. We didn't have a drink menu on our table & our waiter didn't try to sell us any of the drink specials. We had to ask another waiter to refill our waters & clear our table. He came back to check on us because he noticed our assigned waiter wasn't. When we were ready to go, the second waiter asked our assigned waiter to get us out bill & he seemed annoyed.
As for the food, it was ok. Not a very big buffet but what we ate was good. I originally found this place from a reel on Instagram & it made it seem larger.
Not sure I would come back. It was an ok experience but not worth driving downtown for.
J'ai eu une très belle expérience au brunch du Lloyd. Nourriture, service & ambiance magnifique. Je souhaite à tous d'avoir la chance d'être servi par le magnifique & charmant Graziano! Un serveur qui vous fait rire & vous fait sentir bien recu. J'y retourne c'est sûr!
Franchement, je recommande. J'ai été servie par Graziano . Mes amies & moi nous sommes bien amusées. La nourriture est excellente, l'accueil est chaleureux avec une ambiance du tonnerre. Je ne regrette pas mon expérience . C'est parfait pour un brunch intime avec des amis.
Fantastic Service! The general manager & Graziano were great!! We were there for brunch to celebrate our birthdays. We were treated like family!! It was a large group about 18 people & service was still flawless!! Highly recommended! Food was excellent! We will definitely be back!!🎊❤?

Pour célébrer mon 30? anniversaire, nous avons décidé d'aller bruncher au Lloyd en raison du prix, de la qualité du service & parce que j'y étais déjà allée plusieurs fois. Nous étions un groupe de 14 personnes, & je peux dire que du début jusqu'à la fin, tout a été absolument parfait.
L'ambiance, la qualité des plats, la rapidité du service & l'organisation étaient à la hauteur de nos attentes. Un énorme merci à notre serveur Graziano, qui a été tout simplement exceptionnel : attentif, professionnel, souriant & toujours présent pour s'assurer que notre groupe ne manque de rien. Grâce à lui, cette journée a été encore plus mémorable.
Je recommande fortement le Lloyd pour un brunch, une occasion spéciale ou même un moment entre amis. Merci encore pour cette superbe expérience !
Ce qui a fait notre expérience à cet endroit fut notre serveur Graziano ! Nous étions 4 pour célébrer l'anniversaire d'une amie. Le brunch est au dessus de la moyenne je dirais mais le decor est tres bien. De plus notre serveur Graziano etait formidable avec des jokes & tjrs tres serviable. Il a fait partie du 50 % de notre expérience. Nous y retournerons sûrement & nous demanderons à etre dans sa section.
Retourné pour le brunch St-Valentin 2026.
Très déçu, payer le double pour voir trois huîtres se battrent en duel dans une mini chaloupe décorative avec pour seule mignonnette de la sauce soya. Tout le reste du buffet inchangé.
Dommage, de devoir déclasser le brunch du Lloyd. Il sera aisé de trouver mieux pour 95$ par personne.

Nous avons adorer notre expérience! Nous y étions pour fêter l'anniversaire de ma mère & ma soeur. Pour 16 personnes l'option buffet brunch était parfait. Nous avions une salle pour nous. Notre serveuse était gentille & à l'écoute. La nourriture était très bonnes & varier! Nous y retournerons assurément !
Nous avons pris le brunch à volonté. Peu de choix & assez ordinaire. Pain/sandwiches très sec. Pour le service, il fallait demander de l'eau à chaque fois que nos verres étaient vides. À ce prix là, on s'attendait à mieux.
Belle expérience , le serveur Graziano est parfait , super gentil , attentionné & vraiment à l'écoute j'espère que tout le monde aura la chance de l'avoir comme serveur , j'ai beaucoup aimer la nourriture beaucoup de choix
Quelle déception.
A ce prix, & en période des fêtes, on s'attendait à beaucoup mieux & surtout plus de raffinement dans les présentations. Les réchauds sont mélangés sans tenir compte des thématiques des plats. Le poulet pané avait pratiquement que de la panure. Le jambon à l'érable était tendre. Pour le reste, très ordinaire. Nous n'y retournerons pas. Notre serveur était poli mais le thé d'une convive est arrivé après une demi-heure & on a offert un café au lounge, pour'libérer' notre table alors que nous étions là depuis moins d'une heure. A notre arrivée, nous avons dû faire nettoyer notre table car préalablement mal essuyée (résidus collants). Vraiment trop cher pour la qualité des produits.
