Chaotic, noisy, messy, mediocre food that doesn't look appetizing at all.

It's basically an overpriced continental breakfast & I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Didn't even go for seconds, I just wanted to get out of there

We went here for breakfast during our stay at the Marriott. I was not impressed with the scrambled eggs & roast potatoes the first day we were there. I realized after I helped myself to those that there was an omelet station but no one was maning it. I stood by it for a few minutes but no one came out. So I ate the scrambled eggs that didn't look appealing at all with a croissant. I would recommend adding seasonings to the scrambled eggs to make it look appetizing. The 2nd day no one was by the omelet station again. I hovered by it, then gave up & just had croissant with cheese, plus some fruits. I had high expectations of breakfast from past experience at other Marriott hotels so, I was disappointed. The serving staff were very attentive & brought our tea & coffee out promptly.

Nous avons passés un très bon moment avec mes amis grâce à notre serveur Graziano. Le buffet spécial érable était au rdv, tout est exquis & je reviendrai très souvent. Je le recommande. Un très grand merci à Graziano qui n'a cessé d'être sympa, accueillant, chaleureux avec un sens d'humour propre à lui.

Franchement, je recommande. J'ai été servie par Graziano . Mes amies & moi nous sommes bien amusées. La nourriture est excellente, l'accueil est chaleureux avec une ambiance du tonnerre. Je ne regrette pas mon expérience . C'est parfait pour un brunch intime avec des amis.

Fantastic Service! The general manager & Graziano were great!! We were there for brunch to celebrate our birthdays. We were treated like family!! It was a large group about 18 people & service was still flawless!! Highly recommended! Food was excellent! We will definitely be back!!🎊❤?

Pour célébrer mon 30? anniversaire, nous avons décidé d'aller bruncher au Lloyd en raison du prix, de la qualité du service & parce que j'y étais déjà allée plusieurs fois. Nous étions un groupe de 14 personnes, & je peux dire que du début jusqu'à la fin, tout a été absolument parfait.

L'ambiance, la qualité des plats, la rapidité du service & l'organisation étaient à la hauteur de nos attentes. Un énorme merci à notre serveur Graziano, qui a été tout simplement exceptionnel : attentif, professionnel, souriant & toujours présent pour s'assurer que notre groupe ne manque de rien. Grâce à lui, cette journée a été encore plus mémorable.

Je recommande fortement le Lloyd pour un brunch, une occasion spéciale ou même un moment entre amis. Merci encore pour cette superbe expérience !

Dès notre arrivée sur place, nous avons été épatés par l'endroit ainsi que par son personnel chaleureux. Cela a laissé place à de grandes attentes pour la nourriture & les breuvages, qui ont été tout à fait comblées. Je recommande ce restaurant à tous, quelle que soit l'occasion.

Looks can be deceiving
You walk in Hostess is kind, it looks top notch
But it goes down hill from there
It's 9:43 you just came back from an amazing show the lady says you have 2 mins to order
The manager is upset (why did the host say it was fine to order kitchen last order is 9:45)
Great but the order is in
You sit you speak French cause you are in fact French but the waiter with thick French accent will only respond in English

The food comes husband ask waiter what is in this dish pointing at where sour cream should be waiter says I have no idea let me check comes back 3-5 mins later says oh sir that the cream cheese

Well I grab a menu & see it's blue cheese which my husband hates with a passion
He's already put it in his mouth

Ok focaccia comes out looks like burnt toast as I'm eating my delicious duck confit poutine
I tell the First Lady this isn't focaccia its dry & burned she says eat it & I won't charge you anything
I said I don't want something for free really but she insists saying just eat it I won't charge you
So I agree with not charging cause we will not it or enjoy this

The waiter comes insist on bringing the oil he forgot for it , I don't want it it's been 10 mins the burned toast are cold I will not enjoy so manager comes & say this is the focaccia I ask does it always look like this she & waiter say that they have no idea

Get the bill & they still charged for it

& we left it on table still tipped as it's the principle of the matter but definitely will not go or recommend this restaurant I will add two pictures what we got & what we expected you be the judge
