Personally, I really liked it. The guacamole is fresh, & the chips are equally fresh. The birria tacos I ordered were delicious. What I liked most was that the meat inside the taco wasn't too wet, which kept the tortilla from falling apart. On the side, there's the broth, which I thought was delicious. My partner didn't like the Dorados tacos because they didn't explain to him that they came with a lot of salad on top & that they also came in a kind of roll. That's why I gave it a 4-star rating, but the flavor was fine. The agua de Jamaica was delicious, & they told me they also make it daily, which makes it even better.Voir plus

Starters & desserts were great! The chicken in both tacos & burrito was too bland (no flavor). Had to put a lot of sauce to make it edible. The tortilla itself was pretty good!

Nous sommes ravis d'avoir trouvé des tacos de qualité dans notre quartier. Tout d'abord, les chips tortilla sont parfaites ! On sent bien que les tacos sont faits maison. Les tacos au steak étaient savoureux. Mon préféré : le burrito, avec son riz à l'intérieur, était délicieux. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Le service de Rodrigo était également excellent.
We are so happy that we found quality tacos in our neighborhood. First of all the tortilla chips are perfect! The tacos the shells you can tell are homemade. The steak tacos were flavorful. The burrito was my favorite the rice inside was so delicious. We'll definitely be back. The service from Rodrigo was also great.Voir plus

If you're looking for flavour packed Mexican food, this is your spot! Quaint little restaurant, family owned, decent prices, & friendly service. Guacamole was fresh & a perfect balance between salty, sour, & rich/creamy. Quesadilla & tacos were generously portioned with meat & toppings. Crispy & flavourful. Bonjour, Je suis arrivée seule dans ce restaurant qui était presque vide. On m'a proposé de m'installer dans un petit coin près des toilettes, ce que j'ai poliment décliné.
Concernant le repas, j'ai été déçue : la viande de mon taco al Pastor était tellement cuite qu'il était difficile de savoir s'il s'agissait de porc ou de boeuf, & elle était très grasse. La margarita avait un goût assez étrange & les chips étaient également très grasses.
Pour une facture de 74 $ (pourboire inclus), je m'attendais à une meilleure expérience. Dommage, car j'étais enthousiaste à l'idée de découvrir cet endroit.Voir plus

From the moment we stepped inside, we were enveloped in a lively atmosphere perfect for a spontaneous taco night out. The energy was infectious, & we knew we were in for a treat!
We decided to start with the necessary birria tacos, our go-to gobernador tacos, & the tacos de pastor, all of which were nothing short of amazing. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, with rich, savory meat enveloped in a perfectly crafted tortilla. Their fresh & zesty toppings wowed us, radiating bold flavors.
To wash it all down, we sipped on a refreshing mezcalita, which did its job wonderfully after what seemed like the longest week ever. Its smoky notes & vibrant citrus made for an ideal pairing with the rich tacos.
Our experience was nothing short of spectacular-everything we tried was incredibly filling, yet we managed to enjoy every last bite. I absolutely love Mexican food, was delighted to add yet another new Mexican restaurant to my list. This place has the best portions I have ever seen at a Mexican restaurant. My friends birria tacos were huge. When I saw them I said'if that's how big the tacos are, I wonder how big my burrito will be!' - It was massive!! So generous with the ingredients too. Some places will cheaply fill out the burrito with rice/beans- not this place! Plenty of meat & globs of cheese. I didn't come to drink, but they could improve the cocktail menu with a couple more house-signature cocktails. Service was great here, the young man serving us was truly polite. Prices are pretty reasonable here too, especially considering the huge portions. I hope this place stays for years to come, looking forward to returning after I cross off a few more Mexican restaurants I got left on my list.Voir plus

Probably the best birria I had in town so far. It wasn't too salty or felt too rich & fatty after a few bites. It was perfect. The tacos gobernador was a shrimp taco that was weirdly salty because of the cheese but in a good way? It was odd. I would never put cheese & shrimp together but they made it work! Absolutely delicious gem in the Plateau. Very affordable prices, tasty food & good portions. We tried the Tacos de birria & the quesadilla gigante con pastor, & added a glass of horchata. The staff is super nice & we were full the entire afternoon. 100% recommended! I will be coming back.Voir plus
