View more
View more
Excellent food & service. Cassoulet was delicious as was the pasta. Also enjoyed the onion soup.View more
Delicious cassoulet! Could use a broader beer list. Superb service.View more
View more

Wonderful service, fantastic food, wonderful atmosphere. We just walked it & were able to get a table. It was wonderful. Would highly recommendView more
The vegetarian lasagna tasted good though perhaps slightly too creamy. It was a good mix of sauce, cheese, & vegetables. The salad that accompained was perfectly dressed & allowed the vegetables to really show for themselves. The orange sponge cake with dark chocolate sauce & raspberry sauce on the side was a tasty dessert. The cake was soft & moist. You could really taste the orange but it was not overpowering. The dark chocolate sauce provided a good balance between the citrus of the orange & bitter sweetness of the dark chocolate. Would recommendView more
View more
This was a fantastic place for dinner. I had the braided beef cheek & my colleague has the braided pork cheek. So good & was every bit as good as the ones I've had in Europe. The service was fantastic as was the atmosphere. Food came out quick & we were never bothered about partying the check. We were allowed to sit & talk as long as we wanted to. So nice. In the States, the servers try & get you to pay & leave. Not here.View more
Great atmosphere, awesome service, the waitress was really sweet, & kind, & the food was absolutely delicious! I would 100% recommend!!View more
Honestly they were nice when I got there & service quickly went down. Sat for over an hour to wait for food that was lukewarm & truthfully not that good. 3 different servers & each one only came to me once then disappeared. Got the bill & they would not let me check out even w repeated eye contact. Shouldn't take 2 hours to eat when you're a single diner.View more
Sophisticated food with a casual & comfortable atmosphere! This restaurant was a happy surprise after a long day of travel. Everything was delicious & our only complaints: too many amazing dishes to choose from & not enough time on our trip to squeeze in a second visit! The duck salad was the star of the meal. But the dip with the bread was lovely & our entrees: Catalonian parillada style meats mixed grill & the featured grilled calamari was excellent. We hope to one day to try the paella, Spanish style fish & seafood parrillada, & so many other dishes!View more
It has not been my best experience tasting the vast & rich Spanish food that exists. Although I must highlight the wonderful reception & attention of everyone in the place, unfortunately the food was not first class. A seafood grill that was, so to speak, simple. It lacked a lot of Spain: onion, garlic, saffron, leek, cilantro. In short, it was not bad, but not worth repeating either, since the dish we ordered can easily be reproduced at home without much effort (prawns, oysters & grilled fish), & perhaps we would all do better with a little extra creativity. If I went back I would dare to try another dish.View more
Good setting & service but the seafood stew was 90% mussels, 3 shrimp, not big, two tiny clams, & some kind of mushy fish. Broth was salty. Definitely not the best, maybe the worst, seafood stew I have had.View more
SUCH A FIND! stumbled upon this gem while we were strolling around at night. Our server was wonderful & the beef cheeks I had were delicious! I loved the sauce they had for the breadbasket so yummy I had to ask for the recipe so I can make it at home.View more
Situated in the heart of Old Port Montreal, my experience here was nothing but positive. We were lucky enough to sit by the window, enjoying a stunning view that captured the old European vibe of the city. The customer service was outstanding, with our waiter clearly explaining the menu. We ordered the paella, a dish with sausage & beans (maybe with rice?), & a brie cheese salad as an appetizer. The portions were generous, & I loved every dish we tried. While it may not be the most budget-friendly spot, if you're looking to fully immerse yourself in Spanish cuisine with excellent service, this is the place to be.View more
