I love this bakeshop!!!! I have often been customers in Montreal. Yesterday I went to know this branch my baby wants to pick up his birthday cake, & the experience was a bit uncomfortable when the owner or manager 😕 get mad with the employees & starting to scream them due the store was crowded & then were doing another duties & nobody was attending the customers in line. Also, talk to me about what I was doing stand by. I was waiting for my partner to make the payment. With this situation I hurry up to leave the store... I wanted still looking another products for my baby's birthday, but I would rather leave.

I agree with a prior post. The staff lacks customer service. Showing an appreciation to a client doesn't cost much. This has been going on for a long time but I now feel that I should publicly address this, especially since their prices keep going up.
