The cake itself was good, its the only reason I'm not giving a one star review. The service however was terrible. When I went to choose the cake, I specified I wanted to pick it up on August 8, at around 9am. The employee initially wrote Aug. 8 on the order then crossed it & put Aug. 7. He explained that cakes are delivered to the store at around noon so if I wanted to pick it up in the morning he would put the order for Aug 7. I had no problem with that. So far so good. Then comes the day to pick it up. My mom went for me & she didnt have the order paper with her. I had called the store earlier to ask if she could pick up the cake without the papet & they said it was fine. The employee said that there was no order under my name. When she showed a picture of my order paper, the employee was rude & said the order was for Aug. 7, we were a day late & there was no cake without even looking for it. I had to call the store while my mom was there to explain the situation & eventually they found the cake. Even though the cake was good I wouldn't return due to the bad experience & rude employees.

Please take a look at the reviews below so you know I'm not making this up. Unfortunately, we're going to have to look for a new provider....
Today I ordered cannolis as I have been for more than 25 years. Today we noticed a stark contrast in quality. The filling had less ricotta & tasted more like cheaper alternates were used.. considering the price is a fair price, it is neither cheap nor expensive. Taking such a shortcut is a detriment to Italian culture.. I really hope they revert course.

P.S: Michelle also tasted like it was multigrain or tasted more like gingerbread than actual Sicilian crunch..

Very tasty cakes. Small selection of deli offerings as well. Prompt service. A little pricey but worth it. The Toblerone cake & amaretto coffee cake are great. The bacci cake is also yummy 😋

Got cakes there many times & never disappointed.

The Cake Shop has become my favorite place for cakes, pastries, & cupcakes. I ordered my son's birthday cake from here, & it was beautifully designed, fresh, & absolutely delicious. Since then, it has been my go-to bakery for every special occasion. Their pastries are soft, flavorful, & always made with great quality ingredients. The cupcakes are especially loved by my family because they are perfectly balanced in sweetness & presentation. The staff is friendly, helpful, & pays attention to every detail. Every order feels special & made with care. I highly recommend this bakery for celebrations & sweet treats.
