Les pâtisseries sont très bonnes mais comment expliquer que l'on soit accueilli uniquement en anglais? Quand j'ai demandé à la dame à la caisse de me parler en français elle m'a répondu en anglais qu'elle ne pouvait pas, qu'elle s'excusait, qu'elle n'était pas d'ici!
Un gros bémol pour cette institution.

Je suis très très déçu pour ma première expérience chez lafrenaie, après une recommandation d'un ami j'ai acheté aujourd'hui un cake chocolat Ferrero rocher ou malheureusement le goût n'y était pas du tout, le gâteau est très très très salé vraiment bizarre de retrouver le goût du sel dans un gâteau au chocolat !!!!!

Très déçue cette fois-ci. Je suis cliente depuis plusieurs années, mais les croissants nature achetés aujourd'hui étaient pâteux, avec une pâte très blanche, comme s'ils n'avaient pas été suffisamment cuits. La pâte feuilletée manque également de travail : le feuilletage n'est pas assez développé & la texture n'est pas au rendez-vous. Ce n'est malheureusement pas la première fois que je remarque ce problème. J'ai voulu leur donner une dernière chance, mais franchement, côté croissants & viennoiseries, il y a vraiment du travail à faire. Dommage, car j'ai toujours apprécié cette pâtisserie.

Lafrenai used to be my favourite place to get cakes but lately, I've been disappointed. I just picked up a cake for a special occasion. It looks pitiful. I think I'll go buy another one somewhere else. Lafrenai has become too popular. They don't they care if they lose a few customers. All good things come to an end though.
