Le service après vente, très déçue. Il ne faudrait pas prendre les clients pour des epais qui ont toujours tord & qu'il y a juste les employés-propriétaires qui ont toujours raison.

The cannoli tasted pretty good! I'd rate it a 8,7/10. Although I had to take a ticket at the beginning to wait for my order, I didn't wait for too long! 😁

There is no question about the quality of Lafrenaie's products. That's why they have the reputation that they have. The quality of the service you receive is also what makes them special. Yesterday, a young guy served me as I was picking up tomato pizza, some jarred vegetables & some sliced meats. He was top notch. Great conversation & recommendations. Just one more reason to go back!

The shop has changed since I was young. Now there are selling anything Italian & have machines to sell. Still good tho. Also, get the red velvet cookies. They are the best thing ever & impossible to not eat in one seating.

Je suis vraiment choquée. Hier, le 26 mai 2026 , nous avons acheté un gâteau spécialement pour l'anniversaire de notre fille de 7 ans. En le coupant devant les enfants, nous avons découvert que les fraises à l'intérieur étaient pourries , comme vous pouvez le voir sur les photos. Ma fille avait dit à la vendeuse que c'était pour son anniversaire. Vendre un tel produit est irresponsable & irrespectueux envers les clients. Un moment qui devait être magique pour notre enfant a été gâché. J'attends des explications & un geste commercial de votre part.

I usually love this place, but the Dubai Chocolate birthday cake we ordered was shockingly bad. The topping tasted stale, the cake itself was dry & seemed old, & no one could eat it. We ended up leaving almost the entire cake at the restaurant - really disappointing, especially for a birthday celebration.

I know the cakes are usually frozen- but this one was a noticeably old/stale one that they sold us
