Excellent customer service. I had an issue with a product they sell from a third party. They gladly replaced with another item which was if even greater value. They were professional & very understanding. Their attitude & service as well as their cakes & products made by them surpassed my expectations. Highly recommend.

Je suis passé(e) le 24 pour acheter une bûche & j'ai vraiment adoré le service. Les gâteaux sont toujours délicieux, & le personnel est super sympathique & serviable. La meilleure pâtisserie!!
Best bakery!!!! Went on Christmas eve & the service could not be better. There was a line up outside & the owner made it a nice expirience greeting all the clients. 100% would recommend.
Je suis passée hier pour la première fois pour acheter un gâteau à offrir, la boîte transparente de celui-ci était cassée, alors j'ai poliment demandé à la caissière s'il était possible de la remplacer par une nouvelle boîte identique.
Sa réponse a été très désagréable, elle m'a dit de façon impolie, que je voyais bien qu'elle était en train d'ouvrir une boîte en carton pour y transférer le gâteau; j'ai précisé que je souhaitais exactement le même emballage, mais elle m'a répondu d'un ton nerveux qu'il n'en restait plus.
La meme seconde, sa collègue est intervenue avec la boîte que je souhaitais & a résolu le problème! A ce moment-là, la caissière s'est mise à rire, alors que la situation n'était clairement pas drôle.
Son service était vraiment décevant! Étant moi même dans le service client, je considère que le client doit toujours être prioritaire.
Ce sera la première & la dernière fois que je ferai un achat chez vous! votre service est très insuffisant 👎🏻
Cakes are good. But they are all frozen, even the ones on display. Three employees were present but we had to wait several minutes as they were goofing around in the back store instead of serving customers.
