We ordered our wedding cake from this location & it was both beautiful & delicious! The staff were friendly & helpful & made tasting easy; they designed something beautiful (we didn't have strong ideas on how the cake should look); & they coordinated with our venue to get it delivered. Most important (to us), it was really good cake & our friends & family enjoyed eating it. I would definitely recommend Les Délices Lafrenaie for anyone looking for a wedding cake in Montreal.
We were so happy with our chocolate sheet cake (so moist & chocolatey) decorated per our design submitted (decorated to perfection). Excellent service for ordering by phone/email, nice & patient staff. Price is within standards. Highly recommend & will order again!

I've been ordering cakes from Lafrenais for the past eight years, & they have never disappointed. It took us a while to find our favorite, but once we discovered the mini take-out display cakes, we were hooked. The team at Lafrenais is always helpful & attentive, & the freshness of their products is unmatched. Our go-to event cake is the Frutti di Bosco, which we conveniently order online. Their quick responses to our questions & the ease of the ordering process make it a breeze. We always opt for a simple picture cake, & Lafrenais consistently decorates it exactly as we request, making it perfect for any occasion, especially for kids. Red Velvet would not be good option to try. Highly recommended to try Spinach Pie & Rose Lasagna.

Had an Italian wedding soup that contained no meat. When I called to mention this there was very little in the way of apology nor an offer to "make things right". When I said thank you at the end of the call I was told "no worries"

You can smell the ingredients here... you can taste how rich & well done it was made... the love of their craft in making these godly cheesecakes... the price is not expensive... but it's not cheap... but... you...will...not regret it...ever. lovely place & food. 1 of the best places you can find in montreal... & there's a lot of great places.... but this place... amazing! Keep it up, please !
