Vraiment une belle découverte. Un accord met / vin super intéressant. Le service est impeccable & le restaurant a même accepté un changement au menu afin d'accomoder un membre de notre groupe. La nourriture était excellente & malgré les portions plus'petites', nous sommes tous repartis bien rassasiés.

L'atmosphère est vraiment super un petit resto de quartier vibrant
Par contre au niveau du service la serveuse principales est rude
Elle réagit très mal aux questions.
Elle n'avise pas les clients exemple que dans le plat de pâtes du jour il ya du fromage bleu , cela ne plaît pas à tous !

Le St-Urbain has become a family favourite! Every dish is delicious. I ordered cream of parsnip & apple soup pistachios, endive, sage. An absolute must try! It was the best soup I ever had. The seafood was fresh, meats are tender & original desserts. I ordered carrot ice cream with spicy chocolate cake that upon reading the ingredients you would think it would not work but it was delicious.
The menu changes frequently to reflect ingredients in season. Atmosphere is warm & cozy. Service was great, hard working caring team for sure. What a gem of a restaurant in Ahuntsic. I can not recommend this restaurant enough. Bravo!
Pour commencer, le samedi 24 janvier, -25 C à l'extérieur.
Le restaurant n'était vraiment pas chauffé adéquatement, on y gelait. J'estime la température à 16-17 C.
Les tables en pierre étaient super froide, pas moyen de s'y appuyer.
Plusieurs personnes ont gardé leur foulard & certaines leur manteau d'hiver !
Personne du restaurant ne s'excuse de cette situation désagréable.
J'ai posé une question concernant mon entrée de palourdes, la réponse fut on ne peut plus tranchante & condescendante.
La morue fut ok mais peu généreuse.
Le dessert de mon invitée était un gâteau aux épices garni d'une glace aux carottes.
Le gâteau était incroyablement DUR, impossible d'y plonger sa cuillère sans forcer.
Ils sont très contents de vendre un certificat cadeau, mais une fois qu'ils ont empocher l'argent, n'attendez aucun accommodement. Vous allez vous faire traiter de voleur, & si par la suite vous essayez de vous faire rembourser, on va arguer une soit disant vente finale.... Btw, vous n'avez rien vendu... C'est un perçu d'avance.
I had an excellent experience at Le St-Urbain. The food was original & absolutely delicious, with thoughtful flavors & beautiful execution. The service was impeccable-warm, friendly, & incredibly knowledgeable about every menu item. I especially appreciated how attentive & accommodating the staff were with my gluten allergy, which made the entire experience stress-free. The wine & dessert recommendations were spot on & perfectly complemented the meal. We were there to celebrate my friend's birthday, & without us even asking, the staff thoughtfully added a candle to her dessert to help us celebrate-a lovely touch that truly stood out. I will definitely be returning!
Une des meilleures tables à Montréal & de loin la meilleure à Ahuntsic. Je vais à ce restaurant avec ma conjointe depuis 4 ans sur une base régulière & la qualité du menu ne fait qu'augmenter. Bravo à toute l'équipe du St-Urbain !
Nous avons adoré notre soirée au St-Urbain! La nourriture est délicieuse & servie en portions adéquates pour accommoder trois services, le service est des plus sympathiques, la carte des vins est diversifiée & l'ambiance animée.
