I took family visiting from Italy there to enjoy a gelato.
Hazelnut ice cream was so soft, it couldn't be served on an ice cream cone, but rather, in a cup. My family was served a half-melted sloppy mess.
My pistachio gelato was served in a cone, but it was improperly served, so my first lick caused my $9 double scoop to fall to the floor. So I had to pay another $9 to replace it otherwise my family would be eating gelato by themself.
Crappy product & service. They ruined my experience & embarrassed me m.
The staff is always super friendly & dedicated. We took the'damaged' ice-cream offer & for people like us who have trouble deciding flavors it was perfect!
Delicious ice cream spot! The sundaes are huge & taste amazing but their dipped cones are probably the best! They offer so many different flavors to get & their pricing is super reasonable! They have a cute little spot to sit at outside but it's right across the street from a view of the river so it's a nice location to grab an ice cream along your walk!
Hands down one of the best ice cream shops! They have so many delicious flavors & options. It's a very popular spot for our family & many others. The location is perfect as well-I recommend you make a stop, try their ice cream, & then take a walk by the water.

They have one of the best ice cream menus in my opinion! Everything is always sooooo delicious 😋 photos may not be too flattering but my favorite is hazelnut gelato omg the flavor is so pure & intense! Best in the neighbourhood
I was surprised tonight, we were not allowed in & we had to order through a small window with a menu on the outdoor wall. I've been coming here for years, granted it was my first time this summer & we have always been able to go in & see the ice cream. With children this is necessary in my opinion. We left & took the car to go elsewhere because not one was inspired by the names on the menu without pics.
I suggest next time that the staff take the time to explain why we cannot enter the shop as opposed to being very short with us when we asked why.
I had the coffee gelato & the lemon meringue ice cream. Both were delicious. A medium cup had two large scoops & cost less than $10 taxes included. Great location as well.
I do still go to this place but once we ordered the grapefruit & it was horribly bitter. We complained (because come on, the ice cream is really expensive) but they did not express empathy or offer to give us a refund. For how much you pay, that was disappointing. But every other time the ice cream was great.
Amazing ice cream. My only complaint is sometimes they close when the posted hours say they should be open. But the ice cream is great, especially the sundaes
It's always nice to have ice cream on a hot summer day. This place has great products, but prices are high everywhere including here these days. Service is outside at their window & with lines. Luckily, they made 2 windows.
