Terribly disappointing ice cream shop.

I took family visiting from Italy there to enjoy a gelato.

Hazelnut ice cream was so soft, it couldn't be served on an ice cream cone, but rather, in a cup. My family was served a half-melted sloppy mess.

My pistachio gelato was served in a cone, but it was improperly served, so my first lick caused my $9 double scoop to fall to the floor. So I had to pay another $9 to replace it otherwise my family would be eating gelato by themself.

Crappy product & service. They ruined my experience & embarrassed me m.

Never going back!!

They have one of the best ice cream menus in my opinion! Everything is always sooooo delicious 😋 photos may not be too flattering but my favorite is hazelnut gelato omg the flavor is so pure & intense! Best in the neighbourhood

I had the coffee gelato & the lemon meringue ice cream. Both were delicious. A medium cup had two large scoops & cost less than $10 taxes included. Great location as well.

I've had ice cream,gelato & sorbets across North America & Europe & I think this might be the best! The quality, portions, service, & prices are all incredible! The flavors are incredibly delicious. The most mind-blowing part for me is their sorbet soft serves. I didn't even realize this was possible. It is so deliciously creamy & still somehow sorbet?!!? 🤯

J'ai commandé la première crème glacée de mon bébé de 15 mois, un mini cornet à la vanille. Elle a vraiment adoré. J'ai commandé un Gelato à la pistache qui était vraiment bon & un sorbet à la mangue vraiment délicieux. J'ai goûté le sorbet citron basilic de mon conjoint qui était d'une fraîcheur en bouche. J'y retournerai pour les autres saveurs.

J'y suis retournée récemment & tout était impeccable!! J'ai pris les gelatos "shortcake aux fraises" & chocolat noir, hummm 😋 & très bon service. Dommage que ce soit bientôt l'hiver! Edit: C'est rendu CHEEEEEERRRRRR! Sortez vos bidous!!!

The Gelato is good, but sometimes has grit or ice crystals in it, which is a big no no for the price in my opinion. However, because the river, it's hard not to get it.

It got much better & I go as often as I can. 5 stars!
