After a long wait, asked for a small hazelnut cone. it's 8$ + tip, then i got a chocolate cone, when i asked for a change, she said, we don't have hazelnut! asked for pistachio. they didn't have it either. both flavors are listed on their menu. they also did not tell me when i ordered!

We used to go there once or twice a week & we tried 3-4 times this summer & we were quite disappointed with the lack of ice cream choice. Only 2-3 max & nothing like the years before. Not sure why, therefore we went to Dairy Queen that has cheaper price for a regular sundae. I didn't mind paying a premium but when they had more flavours of ice Cream…. Hopefully things will change again.

Gelato didn't have much flavour. Very milky, it tasted more like regular ice cream. I like that they have lactose free options, too. Service was so so, could have been friendlier & more accommodating to the English-speaking customers.
